Worst place ever to get a vehicle repaired I took my truck in needing an oil change and lights I had to ask them 3 times if they changed the oil they finally got that done but told me I had to take the truck somewhere else to get the lights done who has ever heard of a dealership that can not do lights, I dropped the truck off at 8 am I didnt get it back until 330pm and nothing was fixed except after reminding them 3 times they did change the oil. But now I am looking for another place that can do lights and wont ever go back there again with any vehicle Yes it was a company truck I brought in to be serviced and now I have a new appointment with another place for lights since you cant do them

I took my car there several times because my battery kept draining. I had my battery replaced twice by them and they never honored the warranty for the first work. I finally had my alternator replaced at another shop because diagnostic testing showed that the alternator had a short that was draining the battery. Apparently, the $80 mandatory diagnostic test York did EACH TIME should have shown that if they had actually performed the test correctly, but they didnt. Theyre a waste of money and they have poor customer service

My experiance at York was amazing! I personally was in a difficult situation with my last company I bought my vehicle from. Then when I walked into York, I was greeted quickly by Chrisie Walters, who then helped me pick the perfect car for me and get rid of my last problem I had with the previous dealer. She is a great asset to the team and I would recommend her and York to anyone who is looking to get a great deal with great service!!!

The service department is not good on time management, I guess. It took way too long to get my vehicle back (2+ days) and it was a minor repair. Save yourself some headaches and take your car somewhere else.
