Wow. I bought a car from them and traded my vehicle in on MAY 13th. I called Shaun (owner) multiple times to send the check to State Farm (lien holder). It took a little over 45 days to send the check after saying he had sent it multiple times, lied and sent a fake tracking number, etc. The check BOUNCES once State Farm finally DOES receive it two and a half months after the date of purchase. As anyone reading this can imagine, due to the incompetence of this dealer, Ive had to make entirely too many calls to my bank and the dealer (which frequently when calling the dealer they would say everyone was out of the office.. hah...). We threatened to report them to the Attorney General and the Secretary of State and Shaun perked up and said he was going on vacation but he would wire the money. That was on July 21st. We finally received the money via an enormous amount of money transfers, it wasnt all in one sum. Pretty weird. Coincidentally, the vehicle I bought from them just spent 31 days in the local Mercedes dealer.. (this truly could be a coincidence.. but I doubt it.) I believe they are now closed as I tried to contact them due to a incorrect form and received no reply.

Found a 2014 GMC with low miles for an absolutely unbeatable price, which I thought was going to be best part of the deal. Boy was I wrong. The people who own this business are top notch. I would give my highest recommendation to these great Christian folks without a bit of hesitation. Keep fighting the good fight and offering the best deal on nice, used vehicles while doing it. ...and this is coming from someone who drove 2.5 hours, so there were plenty of other dealerships that would have been more convenient, but the price is what got me in the door. The service is what will keep me as a customer, and compel me to encourage others to deal with Clos Auto Inc.

Poor customer service, VERY poor management and I wouldnt have given 1 star if it would let me leave a comment. Had we known we were going to have this kind of horrible service and experience, we would have NEVER trolled the lot. We traded our old truck; May 9, 2017, Payoff was to be 10 days later; now into over 3 weeks still waiting for our old loan to be paid, which now has dinged our credit. No one answers the phone at the dealership, Shawn will not return messages, nor has our concerns been addressed. Dont waste your time and experience what we have. Find another dealership.

Where to start...Clos Auto is the place to definitely go to buy a vehicle. The customer service is amazing. They make you feel right at home. So easy to talk with, they listen to your needs and they fill your needs on a vehicle. Shawn is the most trust worthy person you could ever meet. You can tell he LOVES his job and his customers!!!
