As a 2 time customer of Christ Hubler Chevrolet sadly we will not be returning to the dealership to purchase any vehicles in the future after the customer service that we received on our past purchase from Chris Poe. We had to write a rather large check to the dealership to cover an extended warranty purchase and in the meantime they would be refunding us the warranty on our trade in. They advised us they would not cash the check until we received our refund. We were to contact them when we received it and then they could process our check. WELL... Our check we wrote was cashed before we received the refund so therefore we had to cover some unexpected overdraft charges on our account. We called Chris right away and he said send him any paperwork or receipts for charges/overdrafts and they would cover ANY costs that we incurred due to this time difference in the check getting there and them cashing our check. We did that, contacted him many times over a month, contacted several other people at the dealership with no results. Chris has told us on 3 different occasions that he will have the check sent out this week. We have called numerous times, leave messages with no phone calls back. Very POOR customer service! We then decided that we were going to go ahead and cancel our extended warranty on our new/used vehicle we had purchased several months ago and went to the dealership on June 12th to fill out the paperwork to get this taken care of. Called the warranty company yesterday to check the status - 6 weeks later - no record of ever receiving the paperwork from the dealership. Called the dealership, get the runaround of someone will call you back. Warranty company gets paperwork faxed to them around noon and then we get a call at 5:30PM stating that the warranty company NOW has the paperwork. This dealership was a place that we used to send our friends and family and we would drive down from Lafayette to purchase New vehicles from but NO MORE! We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

So I bought a brand new 2016 Chevy Spark off this dealer back in October 2016. Love the car. Great on gas. I am supposed to get 32 City and 40 highway and I was getting that for the entire time I owned the vehicle til about 1.5 months ago. Now it gets 24 city and 32 highway.... I tried switching gas stations and everything. Nothing has worked. Called the dealer the mechanic basically told me they can look at it but it wouldnt be til later in that week to get me a loaner car. I contacted him the night before and told him i was coming in the next day. He said that would be fine. I even contacted him morning of and he said he would have a loaner car for me saved today. He lied cause I was about to come down once I was off work which i was and he said he didnt have anymore. I finally got into the dealer a couple days later after making a complaint to GM about this dealership. Got my rental and everything and they told me they would fix the issue. I get a text 2 days later saying the cars done ask whats wrong and they couldnt tell me what was wrong. So I called GM customer service again and he found out all they did was reset the computer cause it was "reading wrong mpg".... I get the car back and it continues to suck down fuel.... They did nothing but lie to me since day one. I will be filing an official complaint with GM Corporate Office to have an investigation brought because I have heard a couple complaints with the service department here.... I will not be back to buy a car nor get my vehicle serviced here.... I dont believe they even looked at my car cause while the car was there they only had 2 more miles added on it and thats probably for the oil change and tire rotation.... they didnt check anything.... DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER FOR A SALE OR SERVICE!!!

I bought a mustang from here a , and over all it was a great experience .I convinced them to give me new tires and to do an inspection on the car because there was a little rattle from the front end . They inspected it , and I guess they really didnt know what to look for because they said it was nothing . I drove all the way to myrtle beach and then to fort worth Texas with the car , and once I got here i took it to a shop so I could look at it myself. Both my sway bar end links were bad , and my passenger side ball jount was bad, thats what was causing the rattling . Thankfully they lasted just long enough to get me here . But yeah , point is , dont always trust them when they inspect your vehicles . I had to change these out myself. Also , if youre financing through your own bank, make sure they send the title to the correct place . My title was sitting at the dmv for a long time , even though they said it was going to my bank . So I had to call the dmv and get them to send it . Thus was a week before my loan wouldve got changed to a personal loan bevause of not getting the title . Other than all that, the purchase was great and I love the car. Ive put 6500 miles on it in 4 months , so Im getting my use .

Our air conditioning went out on our way to Bloomington, its was 95 outside, we were ready to turn around and go back home. We found Christi Hubler Chevrolet and they couldnt have been any nicer. Jennifer Davies was the service advisor that took care of us, she was awesome! Austin took us to a restaurant and dropped us off so we could have a little lunch while they were fixing our Enclave as we were having lunch Jennifer called to say the Enclave was ready. Austin picked us up at the restaurant, we picked up our vehicle and we were on our way! They turned a bad situation good and we were able to continue with our trip to Bloomington in a nice "cool" car within two hours! Thanks for everything Christi Hubler Cheverolet!!

Traded in two vehicles here. Trade in allowance was a joke on one vehicle. They will make $4,000 profit off my trade, yet they "couldnt budge another dollar." Finance officer snuck in an extended warranty for $2,219 dollars when he said it was "included". Went back the next day to cancel it once I saw the charge. Keyless entry remote on one of the vehicles was not working, so it would set the alarm off whenever we opened the door. We called and told them and they said they would call back. Never heard back. They were quick to make a deal worth $30,000, but couldnt care less about fixing a remote. Will never do business with this dealership again.

I didnt buy a vehicle here, but Ive used the service department several times. The actual service seems good enough, but they need to work on their Internet scheduling. Twice now, Ive scheduled a service entirely online, received a confirmation email, and received a reminder email, yet when I arrive, no one knows about my appointment. Each time, they are quick to get me in anyway. They said that theyre working on it, but thats also what they said last time. I guess well see. They seem to have the online scheduling issue fixed. They can now get the 5th star.
