Today my daughter and I made a substantial purchase at Malsons. First Id like to say that all of the staff are wonderful people! Maurice especially makes us laugh , and on this third occasion shopping here made it a very pleasant experience once again. My daughter bought a Burberry watch and I was looking at a Michele timepiece. While looking I was assured that I would get a nice price if I were to purchase it. We all know that the MSRP on watches are the standard price everywhere! and when they do much better than that " youre in luck! We felt they treated us like family. Today was a rainy gloomy day and walking out I felt so elated ! This is how we all want to feel.We were so blown away with service and price that we left the store with 3 high end watches at a steal of a deal. I found my go to jewelry market here at Malsons." I trust them" and thats the key when shopping for jewelry!

I work in bay ridge Brooklyn and try to support the businesses in the neighborhood if the service and quality are good... Hence, how I walked in to Malsons 5 years ago and have been going back since. The first time I believe I had purchased diamond studs from there and met a gentleman named Maurice... Great guy! I dont buy much jewelry but every time I think of doing so I always make it my business to support there business. Maurice and Malsons are now going to be responsible for my future fiancées beautiful engagement ring and even though Im nervous to "pop the question", I am confident in the beauty of the ring choice we made. Maurice worked with me and was. It pushy empathetic and enthusiastic about helping make this experience wonderful and memorable! Ill post more after I propose but Im sure its going to go perfectly! Absolutely incredible experience. If youre in the market for diamonds, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. MALSONS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO. Maurice sat down and lisyened to what I had to say. After I informed him of what I wanted, he smiled at me and made a suggestion. His suggestion gave me EXACTLY what I wanted for half the price. I was looking for a jeweler who does bench work right on premises. They are very friendly, very accommodating and while they did the work, they let me watch from start to finish. Never buy watch batteries from here. I bought a battery for my watch and it suppose to last at least a year. It only lasted six months.They are cheap quality these batteries. I have yet to get my refund. Workers or owners are stand offish as well. Never coming back after the refund.
