I am a loyal customer of Buono Jewelers for 13 plus years and am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the wide range of Jewelery choices. The difference in this jeweler is that they listen to what you are looking for with price range in mind and they do not try to upsell you. They are honest and dependable people. I always leave there with a smile. Vickie is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and so very helpful in making the perfect decision. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I went here to have a watch sized and shop for a necklace for a gift. I handed over the watch and was told it would be $15 plus tax for the sizing. I let them size it but didnt bother looking for a necklace. Maybe Im just cheap but I dont like feeling like Im being ripped off. And $15 for a task that takes all of five minutes makes me feel like that.
