The first time around seem so pleasant, I bought a nice watch for around $1300, the second time I visited I went with a friend and he felt uncomfortable as the sales guy Adam laughed and giggled with some off duty police officer so we left. I returned a couple days later and bought the watch I wanted for around $1100. It went as smooth as it should as I was spending money so you know the regular fake smile that come along with sales. So I then return for a third time with my brother to look at watch straps and again another police officer is in there, which they love to kiss there behinds, hello people my brother is a cop and hes the cheapest person youll ever meet. Anyway I decide on 2 cheap straps and we left. Now if you do decide to go, deal with Eli, he is actually the more professional Im sure hell be around for a longer time then the other brother, Adam he is so pushy its actually annoying. I return the next day to get some more straps and were greeted by Eli, have to say hes a gentlemen. Then of course comes the shark out Adam with his pushy sales tactics, for real Ive spent money here before relax. He starts to show me some straps and of course once I said I wanted to see other straps his demeanor change. He gives me some to look at and again another police officer walks in and he turns around and sits down to talk so I put the straps down turned around and walked out. Have to say Adam listening is the first step to sales and you dont listen. Someone I do business with recommended me here and I really wanted to keep doing business but not like this. Many fine jewelry stores out there that will take my money with a smile. I love watches and they have a nice selection of them but their not the only ones out there so Good luck.

Nice enough people when you walk in. That being said, do not waste your time trying to sell a used watch to them. They apparently are only interested in stealing it from you. For anyone that knows watches, picture this....Breitling Chronomat Mid 90s very good condition TWO TONE 18k gold with TWO TONE 18k gold Pilot Bracelet. All boxes and books....all extra bracelet links..... extra Breitling Croc strap they offered me .....wait for it.................................................$775 ? Matter of fact, there was a man in right before me trying to sell a similar era Breitling Aerospace which they offered him only around $350 for it....$500 if he used it in store to buy something else. Guess what? He kept his Aerospace. Which watch do you think is worth more and which is more desirable and valuable ? They only offer me few hundred more for my Chronomat than his Aerospace..................I thought they were joking!!! For that price, Ill keep the watch. Save your effort....dont waste your time.

I found Adams jewelries on line and brought my watch in to be looked at. Its an old watch(the kind that needs batteries), Eli looked at it and told me they would let me know the problem in a few days and offered to allow a trade-in for a new watch. I guess my face said it all and he realized the watch had sentimental value for me. Much to my surprise, he called me the next day saying he could repair my watch and I should have it in a week. It was only a few days later when he called to say it was up and running. The price was very good and although it was not part of the deal he replaced the crystal(it was scratched) he did that at no addl cost!! Eli and his staff are friendly and professional. I recommend his store, he is loaded with beautiful jewelry. He also offered a 6mo gurantee on my repair, who does that--hes great. I have never put my name on a review but my experience at this shop was way beyond the norm.....

I was blown away by the outstanding customer service I received while working with Eli and Adam! I was referred to them by a friend and I was in desperate need of a wedding band SIX DAYS before my wedding after a different jeweler messed up my original band I ordered. Eli and Adam sat with me for an hour and discussed in detail my exact vision for my customized wedding band. They were so knowledgeable and treated me like family. Eli kept me updated all week on the progress of my ring, sent me videos and even met me at the store at 8pm one night to show me the setting and diamonds he chose for me. They even delivered my engagement ring and band to my rehearsal dinner so I would have it for my special night. I would highly recommend them, it was a pleasure to work with them! I will definitely be back in the future!!!!

My boyfriend and I have been shopping for an engagement ring for the past few weeks. Weve been to the chain stores (Kay, Jared & Helzberg) with no luck. We live near Eli Adams and decided to drive over. The selection far surpassed what we had seen at any of the past stores. We walked in around 6:15 and although they close at 7, Adam said he was happy to stay open while I was deciding between two beautiful rings. We met Eli as well and he graciously offered us coffee and cookies. I finally decided on a ring and Adam quickly processed the payment. While we were waiting he cleaned the engagement ring and even my own right hand ring I had worn into the store. All in all we had an awesome experience at Eli Adams and will absolutely continue to shop there. Im glad we found a trustworthy, family-owned local jeweler.

We experienced exceptional service from start to finish with choosing our wedding bands. From the moment we arrived at their store we were treated like they knew us forever. We felt very comfortable. Eli and Adam educated us on the different kinds of diamonds and ratings and in no way shape or form did they pressure us into buying anything. They showed us actual settings to help us choose what we wanted based on a picture we showed them. The customer service and the experience dealing with Eli, Adam and their staff were one of the best I have ever received. I highly recommend this place. They will ensure that you are happy before you leave the store. My partner and I are extremely amazed at the final product. I will return there for any jewelry needs in the future.

Adam is the best in the business. Very professional, humble and extremely knowledgeable at what he does. I wanted something very rare for an engagement ring... A black pearl to be exact which was requested by the now fiancé that she saw in Florence Italy back in 2012. Well Adam, not only custom made the most beautiful black pearl engagement ring known to man, but he also took the time to explain the process and what kind of diamonds were on the wedding band as my fiancé is not the biggest fan of diamonds due to her dislike in blood diamonds. Adam you are the man brother!!! Thank you for the experience and the amazing price of art work you gave us for eternity.

I bought some jewelry in to Eli Adams jewelers for them to see if they were worth fixing or not. I had the pleasure of having Adam work with me. He told me some of the jewelry was worth it and some pieces were not. He was fair and didnt try to make me buy something I did not want or need. I really appreciated that honesty. I have a diamond that needs to be put into a new setting and I am planning on bringing it to them. I trust them that much. I have had other pieces of jewelry appraised by them in the past and again they are truthful in their descriptions of the pieces. They are very helpful and courteous to their customers.
