Overcrowded with people from everywhere!! Lines are always very slow moving, too many shoppers come from ridgewood, elmhurst, sunnyside, woodhaven, & Brooklyn so people from middle village, Glendale, or maspeth cant even go there anymore. Not to mention all signs & audio announcements made for Kmart shoppers there are always in Spanish. And sometimes the credit card machines are only written in Spanish too. This store is horrible in every aspect. Incidentally Id like to add, if every store in Chinatown in Flushing was made to change all their signs from Chinese to English, to make it fair for every nationality to shop there, then why isnt the same applying for this Kmart? And BJS, has been awful ever since they accept ebt cards. People coming from everywhere every town and the lines to purchase something even on the 10 items or less are slow. That whole Metro Mall is a nightmare and if you want to avoid spending half your day standing on lines, dont go there. Sorry for the bad review but its the truth.

Get a good HD dash camera! I only go to this mall because of the BJs store which is closer to me than the other ones. I would avoid this mall if youre driving new cars because one day while Im loading my car with groceries, I discovered that my front passenger side mirror was broken and hanging with the wires all exposed. A gentleman who had a small dash cam searched through his video recordings to try to see if itd captured the culprit but to no avail. I was so upset that dialed 911 to file a leaving the scene of an accident and police accident reports... And the Security Officer patrolling sadly informed me that mall management is reluctant to put up security cameras in the parking lot when I asked him if there were any cameras around. Aside from that unfortunate incident, shopping at this mall is fine if you going to BJs, Sleepys/Mattress Firm or Jennifer Convertibles. But be careful where you park you cars!

Free parking. Train and busses right outside. There are two separate sections (toys r us, Kmart, Nathans are upstairs and the rest of the stores are in the main section of the mall which you enter from the rear of the building/basement level). It can be a difficult walk up or down the hill to go to the main part of the mall so I wouldnt suggest walking if youre in poor health or if youre planning to buy many things. The "main attraction" here is the BJs warehouse. Bathrooms are creepy and sometimes dirty so I would avoid. Also, this isnt a mall where there would be any teens hanging out, mostly because there arent many stores here or amenities.

Huge parking lot, still often crowded. Not a typical mall. No clothing or footwear stores. Most popular store is BJs wholesale. Funtopia play place for kids. Two large and well known furniture stores. Some smaller stores, not many and business offices. A few businesses dont last long, they close down. A whole separate entrance, side and parking lot for ToysRUs and Kmart which do not connect to Metro Mall which is inconvenient. Either location does not offer a wide selection of places to eat. There is a Burger King in one and a Nathans in the other.

Great mini mall not only do I shop here for food at BJs , christmas giftbor miscellaneous items but my 4 year old loves funtopia and we take him all the time ... best to go when it isnt so many people there but over all nice staff and the games are fun , food there a notvso great but you can always go downstairs to burgerking for a quick bite :) #VeryFamilyFriendly

Parking lot is terrible, the place is ugly and badly in need of updating. Stores are not interesting, shopping carts are all busted up. The entire place needs a flea dip. Nothing about it would inspire any one to go shopping there. We went for the BJs...Id rather drive further and go to another one. I hate giving a bad review, but this place is awful. Blecch.

This mall needs a serious update. The only reason people go here is because they have the only BJs within a 3.5 mile radius. The next closet one is in flushing or Brooklyn. It makes sense people in the neighborhood go here. The only reason this mall gets 2 stars is because the parking is free, there is a lot of it and this is extremely rare in Queens.

Its hard to get around stores in this mall. You literally have to walk all around down a small hill to enter the other side of the mall then back up the hill to leave, unless you have a car its hard for the most part. Even with a car if you decide you want to go to toys r us or Kmart you would have to walk around for the other half. So exhausting.

Has a small variety of shops available making it a quite pleasant mall to go to whether going for toys r us or K-mart on the ground level or heading towards BJs and the other stores on the lower level. A bit of warning however if you head towards bjs slow down on the ramp your suspension and overall car will thank you

Everything a family needs in one place. Kids entertainment and toy store, grocery shopping (BJs), food chains (Burger King, yoghurt store), clothing, household items (Kmart, 99 cent). Its a bit dirty, but given the population that walks in and out it is expected.

This is a shopping center. There are no real meal options here except a Nathans hot dogs. Many shops in the lower level are shuttered as of 2/17. Parking on the lower level (BJs) can be difficult. Theres a dollar store, but I find the people there rude.

There are only a few stores here, but its a big space. The BJs there is really massive and always has everything in stock. Ive never been disappointed there. The KMart is also one of my favorite stores there. Theyre cheap but have cute clothes!

Dim lighting has this weird greenish cast and the dark colored walls do not help either. Some stores are ok but the main hall is dark and gloomy. Not a place I like to visit, much less hang around in. Gets too hot sometimes in wintertime.

I have only visited once but that visit was a nice one getting there is a little tricky but overall was a nice experience not too much to do but they do offer a couple of shopping places not much variety overall a nice place to visit

The mall is itself is not that great, not that bad. The stores are not that big-name. Most people go there just for BJs or Toys R Us and/or KMart. Theres not much unique there. Big names would make this a much better mall.

The set up is weird, Kmart and ToysRus are separated from everything else which is in the other side of the building. Kmart has amazingly long lines but its due to there being only one or two registers open at a time.

The place is run down and gloomy. Almost makes u feel bad then u walk in the store and Its like the gates of happiness has opened. I will say this however. The roof top parking had a beautiful view of Manhattan
