Bad Bad bad ! Pls read !!! I used to enjoy going to this mall because of all the high end stores that it consisted of . Ive been coming here for years and bought a majority of my designer items from this mall . Early today I was with 3 friends and we were shopping . We went to g star and bought something , we also bought 2 pairs of sneakers & we had to go to the Apple Store for headphones. As we entered urban outfitters me and my friends were yanked and grabbed my some under cover police officers. While taking me out the store one of the police officers threatened to knock me out and held my arm in an awkward position in fustration when I asked him " why are u doing this sir ?" . He stated that I shouldnt run when I clearly was cooperating & just in shock at how abruptly he did that. He then began to bombard me with questions of why we there what stores we went to . He ignored multiple times when I asked him why are they searching us . He then rudely told me Nieman Marcus called and reported us . They funn thing is that I asked for assistance In Norman and was even contemplating some early Christmas shopping. This was the worse display of profiling . Everyone I was with had money and has job and we were with a female at that . They completely embarrassed us by doing all of it right in the midst of the mall as if we were thiefs . When they finished searching us they found nothing and we had all of our receipts because thats what we were there to do ...shop! Ive never been so humiliated before especially since I was wearing 500 dollar sneakers and a Nike turtle neck ... a turtle neck . I dont know why I have to deal with this if we were never caught on camera stealing. We were just young and being judged . Never been the type to bring race into things . But this is my first situation where I feel harassed because I of skin color and image of my friends . Never judge a book by its cover because we were Christmas shopping ... when the under cover policed realize we were good kids and had not stole anything they arrested my friend for the 3 weed bags he had on him just to not look stupid like they werent harassing shoppers. They basically stop and searched us inside of a mall because we looked like we couldnt afford anything mean while were clearly shopping . Lost all respect for this mall and feel sorry if you are not white or look like youre shopping in Louis Vuitton . THE PEOPLE WORKINF GIVE OFF A VIBE THAT MAKES YOU LIKE IF YOURE DOING THE WRONG BY JUST LOOKING AT THINGS . Like I cant afford to browse for items . Nieman Marcus called because we didnt buy anything lmao so we stole something . Ive bought so many things before from That Nieman . This is unbelievable I feel horrible I hope no one else has to deal with that at this horrrible partially racist Mall . Never shopping here again unless Im wearing a tuxedo cause god forbid I wanna shop in my sweats and turtle neck ... Never shopping here again period .. rather order online ... Horrible experience for a long time shopper ... feel broken down and feel like my country is profiling me and my friends ..we dont even dress like gangsters we wearing a lot of nike and one of my friends is very dark & He is as harmless as they come ..this is one of the worst experience I had and feel like taking this further to avoid it for other ppl ... and then they made us sit on the fool so embarrassing ... thats westxhester for You ... excuse any mistakes I wrote this in rage ....this place gets no stars i only Put one because you have to

Upscale shopping mall with ample parking. It is anchored by Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, offering many other premium brands on the three floors of shopping. The facility is usually clean and secure, but due to 20th anniversary renovations, the place is quite a mess right now. A big detractor is that the dining court is completely closed for renovations. They anticipate reopening in the 2016 holiday season. Unfortunately, they have done a horrible job of closing off the construction areas. This means that hazardous construction dust continues to float throughout the wing where those renovations are being made. Fortunately, there are a few dining options across the street. The renovations to this mall extend throughout the entire facility, leaving shoppers with sore feet from walking around on the hard concrete. The construction also sometimes exposes shoppers to hazard prone walking areas. Top all of this off with a horrendous parking lot system and you may very well decide not to return.

Lets start off with parking lets not even go there place was overpriced the atmosphere want to be Richie not Richie the clients okay you cleaned up a section you made a moral that you thought was going to produce you money and bring in higher and clientele wrong it works out at service if you dont provide service rich people people with money clientele of a different caliber comes to you its always been that way take the model of any successful business store or franchise and if their quality of service disappears the clients disappear thats how its always worked hello America wake up because this here is bad for business all the way around I like going here because of the Microsoft store and Rolex and other places like Uggs but please please please remember the quality of services how you generate business take a little bit of effort to clean that up

Great decor, medium to high priced stores, luxury goods, and fast casual food; most of which is extremely overpriced. The mall supports its luxury image with the smell of fragrance throughout the mall, fountains with sculptures, and clean bathrooms/walkways. However, unless you are coming purely for window shopping, most of the stores make you pay for these luxuries. Many products offered are priced at a premium. Sometimes a quick Google search for the item you want to be will result in finding a much cheaper option online.

All of your higher end favorite retailers in one spot. Too many to list, so you will have to check out their website for store directory. I will say that a must-stop is Godiva on the top floor. Dont sleep on the truffles. Even though they have high end stores, they dont have a high end eatery/food court. Kind of strange. My last visit, the food court was closed, and under renovation. It showed "opening holidays 2016". Maybe they are stepping up their game in the nom nom area. Hope so.

While your posting comments about this mall, no one writes how dangerous it is to drive around here. The road at thd light from Bloomingdale road toward the 287 drivers believe it is their right to engage you, target you, purposely crash into you like one did me this morning. Without regard no signal steers toward my car from the right lane causing me to change lanes to avoid collision, then he purposely steers his car toward my driverside door. The mentally ill are prevolent here.
