A lovely swathe of urban desolation, right outside downtown White Plains. Im glad theyre getting some better shops in here, and fixing up the facades, but this place has always been something of a pit. The Applebees is pretty good, at least. Its also nice to have some more Five Below stores in Westchester. But, I dont think too many people go here because they want to, only because they have to.

A typical sprawling outdoor shopping center. Not my fave for when I want to make quick purchases. Unlike a mall, theres an outdoor element and if you park at one end, you have to double back - if the weather isnt great that can be a pain...

Convenient and has shops like Party City, Davids Bridal, Carters and Pier One. Favorites are: Amys Hallmark store - one of the few still around in general and thankfully is a nice one, Pier One , and the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema

Variety of goods available in one place central to White Plains and the River towns .Dont bother with Lane Bryant at this site .Sarcastic and unhelpful staff ,very limited stock...Dress Barn is available as an alternative

Since A&P moved out there is no real food store here. There is a K-Mart, but there is a Walmart and a Target now in downtown White Plains that is less than 10 minutes from here with much better selection and prices.

Acme is overpriced and has few options, CVS is CVS. Racanellis is a nice restaurant for a quick bit or for a meal. Parking is always available but the road pattern is not safe- too many potential accidents.
