I love going to Atlas Mall, cause its a place you can go shop, eat, go to the movies as I have been for awhile now its not so crowded or rowdy...Yesterday I had a bad experience in the movies. I was going to watch The Perfect Match, 5PM viewing, I had my nacho cheese and drink and ready to go enjoy the movie, as i approached i saw this young man that just didnt seem right with me standing in front of the door. As i open the door to go in, he came behind me, I knew he was up to no good, so I turn around and came back into the lobby and sat and waited to see if others were going in. Five minutes later he comes back to the lobby and stands there and is watching me and pretending hes on phone, I decided i have to leave and pretended I wave to someone and left. As i stood by the door ready to leave, I see he comes down and its looking for me and sees me and goes back up to the movies through the other side. Well i got scare and had to call my son to pick me up,which he told me to make sure I go into a store which i did, while I waited for my son and Im inside Ultra store, I see he comes out of the movies and its looking around and goes to the parking lot and i see he goes back into the movie area. Thank god by then my son came. I know that if i had went inside that movies he would have harm me, he was suspicious, I know I should have let someone at the front know, but i was just too afraid and wanted to leave. Thank god Im always on the lookout and that i knew I did the right thing not going inside the movie theater which was dark and I didnt see anyone going in.

Very beautiful mall which is essentially a cheap giant white erector set to give the appearance of an old Roman arcade. In terms of stores there arent too many and what is there are popular chain stores with common uninteresting junk. They should have made smaller shops with cheaper rent to get a bigger variety of tenants to make it more interesting and make parking free because that place is definitely not worth paying for parking. There are also many security guards who seem to have nothing to do but hassle the few customers that theyre lucky even showed up to begin with. I cant imagine this place staying open for very long. One day soon this little mall will be closed up. What a shame.

Nice grounds. Nice movie theatre. Nothing spectacular though. Used to have high-end shopping there but nobody was buying obviously- its Queens, not 5th Ave! So added more middle-class shopping choices. Ulta Beauty, TJ Max, Home Goods- which aisles are PACKED & NARROW & people are herded by other people to race thru so they can fit. Very frustrating to shop or browse that way, so Home Goods is not going to last if it stays that way. Food: California Kitchen, Shiro, Johnny Rockets, & Chilis (always crowded & have to wait outside to be called in). All in all, we like to go there for the movies & Cold Stone ice cream.

Originally billed as a luxury mall, within two years most of the original stores flopped due to lack of intended audience. Glendale was too blue collar to support such stores. The movie theater which originally billed itself as an " art house cinema" ended up resorting to super hero movies and base comedies. Now includes a gym with an escalator (ha ha) , a California pizza kitchen (an insult to New York pizza), and a Starbucks. Often filled with teens during summer nights, especially when hosting outdoor events such as cover bands or lawn showings of childrens movies. Fairly clean but still just a strip mall....

We went here to see whats new? Since the financial difficulties the shopping center has had, the number of stores is down, as well as the number of restaurants. But still worth a visit. Mall management seems to be doing the right thing by bringing activities to the concourse. This weekend there was Zip-Lining. This is not an activity I would do with my 67" 305lb body, I might not even qualify! Besides Im into RISK REDUCTION (also weight reduction).. But all you light weights could try it. THere was (now closed) a pretty good Italian Restaurant, but there are ample other (not quite) "Fine Dining" places.

I want to love this place, and have been here many times already. But today, the security told my kids that they cant "SIT" on the coin-operated ride without paying (we just got there like 20 sec....) even there is no other kids waiting. WHY?? I never have this problem in any shopping mall, and being a parents, I wont spoil my kids to pay whatever they want. They need to choose and decide their most favorite ride and make best decision, Ill pay their ride eventually. However heard what the security told my kids, I didnt even want to spend anything at all here.

This Mall never really took off, it has decent shops but has never reached full capacity and has struggled to keep locals coming. The NYSC and Starbucks have maintained their clientele but other locations continue to just make it by with scarce traffic. Footlocker, Forever 21, ToysRUs Express, TJ Max, Home Goods and some phone case stores were added when the owners of Queens Center Mall bought the location but it still has yet to see any true recovery of business. Its somewhat kept in regards to landscaping but nothing that is remarkable.

Its broadened so much and its convenient! Flynn o hara the uniform store is there, as well as a childs favorite ice cream shoppe COLDSTONE, and they also have a dope theater!!! Theres also auntie annes, a japanes spot, foot locker where the workers are so helpful and sweet, and the bestest of all STARBUCKS! Its always crowded, but well worth the wait... parking is rarely available on the street but the mall area has their own parking lot above ground as well as a parking lot/garage so all is never lost when looking for parking.

I have been coming to Atlas for cloae to 10 years. I loved it here. It was a serene little hideaway with great shops and movie theather. But its slightly changing. They have brought better shops to the area but now its getting loud and no so serene. Now there is also a small parking area in the middle of the mall and cars come in blasting music. Its still nice but i hope it doesnt gain the atmosphere of a large commercialized mall.

Im not the biggest fan of the shops at Atlas park because the majority of these stores do not have a big selection for everyone. They are mostly for women clothing and some for the kids. Home goods is good I really like this store however the prices are not that low but I still think is worth it. They have a Chillis which I really like and theres a NYSC. Other than that the place is alright. Parking is fair it isnt too expensive.
