I like the stores but my review is on a little boutique across from lids on the top floor. Its called BUDDY PETS. They sell electric toys. I bought an item from.them when I got home there was nothing in the box. I went back the next day and was given a really hard time to get what i paid for. After an hour of me not leaving they gave me another one. I got home and the one they gave me was broken. I went back within 3 hours and asked for my money bavk4. They refused to give me any money. They offered a new one or to come back tomorrow. So far i spent about 20 dollars to travel there n back. The people there are very rude and do not run a good business. They have no warranty and to claim that they cant get in touch with the boss. They start to talk about u in their foreign language and laugh at you. They will not refund any money without practically telling them you will stand there all day and tell every potential customer how their product is defective. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER. You will not be satisfied and will spend way to.much money for something you can get cheaper somewhere else.. BUDDY PETS ARE NO GOOD

HORRIBLE! The security guard kicked me out for no reason. It happened when I was 16 during august. It was about 7am, The doors were open because of the food court downstairs. So I sat on the couch in front of the JC Penney, and the bald white security guard with a mustache comes up to me just to harass me. He says "can I ask what yourre waiting for?" I go "Im just sitting in here." NOTE: It was very hot out. He says "How old are you?" I go "16." He says "Out!" I Said "Oh sorry" and walked away. Seriously, its of your business that Im in here in the first place! The mall was open! He had no right to kick me out! And what does my age have ANYTHING to do with this? Its none of your business! This happened 3 years ago. Beware of this dick! Hes a bully! You dont treat an innocent person like that!

Queens Center Mall has undergone various renovations that have expanded the mall and made it a lot more beautiful than it already was. However, because of its close proximity to Newtown High School, masses and masses of high school kids swarm the mall throughout the afternoon hours every day, and all throughout the day on the weekends. These kids are loud, obnoxious, and sometimes rude. It takes away from what the mall has to offer. The employees at open kiosks that attempt to sell useless products are very persistent and will even chase you if you give them the time of day, or acknowledge them. It sometimes becomes annoying to even think about nearing the mall unless I really need to get something, because there are so many factors that take away from me getting what I need to get.

Horrible - especially when you are trying to walk around the mall. Once you walk outside the parking garage next to Applebees there is always a angry or obnoxious person directing traffic. When You try to look out for the cars - the person will call racist names that you dont understand English or you are blind to see there are cars exiting the parking lot. But with them yelling at you - you end up confuse and uncertain when to cross. They dont care about the safety for the shoppers leaving the mall. I rather shop online or have the terrible fear for the safety of my family and self. You wonder why these people are so terrible - calling racist names and shouting at you. (It was last night around 11/30 SUNDAY 7:45pm this woman -totally shocking)

This mall has gone through some much needed renovations and the store options are expanding as well. My daughter send I like coming to this mall to do some back to school shopping and to eat at some of the cool restaurants. I know weve been to Olive Garden which was ok. But I believe theres a Cheese Cake Factory at this location or maybe Im getting this mall confused with Newport in Jersey City which definitely has a Cheese Cake Factory! Nonetheless, this mall gets super packed on the weekends with many families treating their children to the movies, good food/deserts, or shopping. Definitely worth the trip. Lastly, there are some really cool stores and an array of restaurants, furniture stores along Queens Blvd.

Elevator didnt work, escalator work sometimes, lack of maintenance and housekeeping. We had to use the staircase because the elevators didnt work and they were filthy, broken tiles through the place, painted sprinkler heads, missing covers on sprinkler heads, WiFi access points wired by someone who doesnt know how to snake a wire. Its becoming a disgusting place but I guess why bother fixing it up if most people keep going to spend their money there. The worst part is that this place is were all people who vacation in Queens NY go to, whether from out of state or from out of the country, and Im really ashamed that other people can tell how disgusting the place looks.

This mall is bearable during the weekdays but it is a nightmare during the weekends when its crowded and it is hard to walk around especially when you bring your kids with you. Theres a variety of stores but it is still missing a toy store but I guess theres a reason why they would not want one there...more and more KIDS running around like crazy! The cafeteria is rather small but it has a decent selection of restaurants. It is hard to find a place to sit during the weekends and Fridays evenings when everyone is off from work and teenagers go there to shop and hang out. Not too many activities for kids but like I said, maybe it is better they keep it that way.

The mall has expanded quite well since the 70s. The expansion was great, tho quite puzzled about the small dining area. Vast selection of stores, ample parking and well layed out. If you dont want to fight the congestion of the parking lots, park within the neighborhood and walk a few blocks. A Toys r Us and a bigger sporting goods would be perfect, but they are down the road. It tends be very crowded at times, and the teenage crowd can be very obnoxious, rude and disrespectful. The massage chairs and vending machines a good touch. Queen Center is not like your suburban malls, but for Elmhurst Queens it does the job.

I AM God

Beware, once you leave to use the restroom, the black guy with the spiky dreads and glasses will try to leave your girlfriend his phone number on a piece of paper. Did you think she wasnt going to tell me? I could only imagine how many customers dont come back because of this guy. I felt very disrespected, but I didnt want to start a scene, so I left peacefully. My friends and family members go here all the time, I cant wait to share this story with them. Thanks to your waiter, Ill never go to another Applebees again. We came here to eat and have a good time, not worry about someone harassing us.

Infinite Zest

Mixed feelings come when going here. The increase of more popular stores is something that many of us wanted for a long time which has finally come true over the past few years but, the service given to these stores can really put there brand down. Customer service needs to improve and fast. As customers we want someone that listens to our opinions, and get the orders we ask done correctly. From that we both learn and raise our expectations. If customer service doesnt improve my respect and others could go downhill which in part could make this malls reputation plummet down to ashes.
