I highly recommend using this Jeweler! When you go ask for Mr. Ryan Krasner! the reason why is because he will not only go above and beyond to guarantee your satisfaction but he has great wealth of knowledge about diamonds and jewellery, he is also a has a great deal of other outstanding and genuine qualities that makes you feel like he is the man to buy from. In my process of purchasing an engagement ring I have dealt with a few jewelers who just out to make a fast buck and could not compare to the knowledgeable information that was provided by Ryan. So to go into that store and get the top notch level of assistance that I received was a true blessing. I could honestly go on and on and about his excellent representation of the company. I was able to tell Ryan exactly what I wanted as far as the custom work that was done and the diamond that was inserted and he was able to execute my request without any problems. When I received the ring it was phenomenal and it exceeded all of my expectations. To top it of Ryan made it a smooth process to purchase the ring even though I live on the east coast! So in other words my experience was outstanding and I definitely feel like I could not get that anywhere else especially for the price that was paid. Story: About 2 years ago my Fiance and I( she was my girlfriend at the time) We had been staying in the vicinity of San Diego for a while and she noticed the shop and always wanted to go in but never did until our second trip. When we went to visit we were immediately welcomed and greeted by Mr. Ryan Krasner("The guy who made all the magic happen"). We told him that we were there because I wanted to get an idea of what my lady would like for an engagement ring. So he showed her a few selections of settings and she found one that she really liked and ironically it was a perfect fit. She told him that she really liked it but would like to have it personalized and of course he already had envisioned what she wanted. After that he sat down with us to go over Diamond selections and my.... my... my... I was highly impressed with the knowledge that he had. If you even think that you know a little something about jewelry, Mr. Krasner will blow your mind! if you dont believe me just go and see him and he will validate and prove all that was previously stated. I will say that Mr. Krasner definitely knows his stuff but he is also very honest which is extremely hard to find when it comes to shopping for jewelry. About a year later I went ahead and made my purchase and I was skeptical about having it shipped across country however Mr. Kranser partnered with Mrs. Yolanda was able to put my mind at ease. They made this a smooth process and the moment I received the ring my jaws dropped from being astonished and amazed by the quality of the ring. It was so nice there were a couple times I came close to burning a hole in my pocket by just going to propose but I was able to wait lol. When the day came my fiance was extremely happy about the ring. She still gets compliments to this very day where everyone says that is beautiful and they think its more karats in it than it really is lol but all in all Ryan made it all happen so please if you took the time to read all of the above and your serious about purchasing an engagement ring please see Mr. Ryan Krasner the man who makes dreams come true!

I discovered Harold Steven’s back in 2007. It is about time I wrote a review. I am not a huge yelper but when you have consistently have had great experiences you want everyone else to know about it! The costumer service here is phenomenal. I meet Joy, first, who helped when I ordered my wedding band. Harold’s is one of the only stores that the East Coast designer, Saturn Jewelers, will ship to in the area. Joy was amazing. She offered to clean my ring and stayed late so I could pick up my band after work. I only wish I had known they were there so my husband could have purchased my engagement ring from them. I later met Harold himself, their son Ryan not to mention their wonderful staff Audrey and Yolanda. The store is family owned and operated and the individual attention and care they give to each and every costumer (no matter the budget) is something that is almost impossible to come by these days. I enjoy my time there so much that whenever I get their hand written thank you cards in the actual mail I sing a little jingle, “I love Harold Steven’s, I love Harold Steven’s…” Not only do they thank me, usually around certain holidays and anniversaries they include a $50 gift card. They also have a layaway program that my husband uses frequently. Put a percent down and then make payments every month. There is no credit needed. This allows my husband to purchase things I love that he otherwise would not be able to get me. Anytime I wear a piece of their jewelry I get compliments beyond belief. Don’t be scared to go in because the place is so nice. They will work within ANY budget. I try to let all my friends and family know don’t buy jewelry anywhere else. Harold Steven’s Jewelers is the place to go for any jewelry need. They have the highest quality pieces, will work with any budget, treat everyone like royalty, do free estimates, and are all around just wonderful people. Don’t go to some mass produced, warehouse jewelry store. Go to where you’ll feel secure in your purchase and know that once you go here you’ll keep going back. Not to mention they are located right next to a Starbucks and have free parking. They are now open on Saturdays so there are no excuses to not shop here. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did!

I was recommended to Harold Stevens by my mom and aunt as both my dad and uncle had purchased engagement rings and wedding bands from them. Yolanda and the entire staff at Harold Stevens is amazing. I went in there with an idea of the engagement ring my now-fiancée wanted and Yolanda was welcoming, warm and very helpful from the moment I walked in there. Most importantly, though, she and the entire team is honest and transparent about the high quality of their diamonds and bands and what you can get to fit your specific budget. About 6 months after my engagement, my brother in Wisconsin was ready to propose to his girlfriend and I sent him straight to Yolanda. She worked with him tirelessly by phone and email (with me as the San Diego surrogate) to find and build him another beautiful custom engagement ring. She even sent it securely all the way to WI. He is also now happily engaged. I know I speak for my parents, aunt and uncle and now brother when I say we would all recommend Harold Stevens to all of our closest friends and family for any jewelry need. Bringing jewelry can be nerve racking but Ill never again need to stress about such major purchases with them on my side. Thanks, Yolanda!

Prior to starting this wild and exciting experience I had emailed, called, and visited more than a handful of jewelers. I was very nervous and eager to find the right jeweler that I could implicitly trust. Harold Stevens responded to my inquiry within minutes. I immediately established a rapport with Harold and Ryan. I was fortunate enough to have Ryan in my corner the entire time. I cannot stress enough how INSTRUMENTAL Ryan was throughout the process. Not only did he educate me on diamonds and jewelry, he provided honest feedback, and acted as my sounding board in this critical time in my life. However, most importantly, Ryan ensured my proposal was a huge success. My girlfriend, NOW FIANCÉ, absolutely adores the ring. Friends, family, and passerbys cannot help but admire the allure of her engagement ring. Suddenly, Im the guy with the good taste in jewelry! I had no idea how integral Ryan and the staff at Harold Stevens Jewelers would be in my engagement. I am truly honored that I had the opportunity to work with them. I give Harold Stevens an EASY 5 star and my HIGHEST recommendation for any man looking to "put a ring on it"!
