If I could, I would give these JERKS a ZERO star review. I told them to stop calling me for promotions and they keep calling me everytime they have an event. Ive told them before to stop calling me but they still call. After the first time, I thought it would stop. After the second time, I thought someone might have forgotten to log it. After the THIRD OR FOURTH time, its unwanted harrassment. I get it, I makes sales calls for a living but if someone specifically says to stop calling them, I take them off the list. I really hope this last time sets a CLEAR impression that I do not want to go to their events and honestly, I dont care for Kay as a brand anymore.

Basically the worst. As soon as we said our price was below $2000 for two wedding rings (my fiancees and mine), we were immediately treated like garbage in a very transparent manner. I would HEAVILY recommend going anywhere else for jewelry, especially since there are many other jewelry stores in this mall. Ben Bridge was very professional and actually seemed to care about their clients. Not to mention their selection and pricing is infinitely better. Dont give Kay your business!

Literally the worst experience ever at this store. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for the re-sizing of the ring i bought for my girlfriend. Two times now they have told me it would be ready by a certain day and it hasnt been. The same guy is working every time i visit or call and every single time he doesnt even remember me at all. No care whatsoever for the customers.

Worst location. Customers are always right? Yeah, right. Not for Kerin and Garry. They are so rude to their customers. Managers please wake up. We are spending money that are paying your salary so have some respect to your customers. And after all: the best career youve got in your life is selling jewelry to us. Had my rings cleaned-thank you. I asked where the bracelet charms were and the sales person said "over there"without asking if I needed help. I walked over the the display case and most if not all the charms were tarnished!!! Seriously pls polish the charms and make them presentable!!! Needless to say, Im sticking with Pandora charms!!!

Dakota took excellent care of me when having some pieces cleaned and fixed. Turn around time was super fast. And she honored the price I thought it was going to be even though I was wrong. I dropped off a ring to have it resized to a 4. I had to call back multiple times to have someone change it to a 4.5. Ring was not ready by the date promised. When I picked it up, it wasnt a 4.5, but a 4. Also they were very rude to me. As if it was my fault they didnt change the size after I called many times.
