I just purchased new counter tops from this store. Would never do it again. They promised me a date they would be finished and they werent done until three weeks after that date. The installers did a lousy job. Had to have them back to redo some work. Broke wooden trim in several places and said that was my responsiblity to replace, hire a carpenter. The lady at HD in the counter dept was nice, no problems there. The customer service lady was also nice but the installers were 2nd rate. Said these same installers also do Lowes work too. I would go to an independant shop if I had a second chance.

I bought 2 of there top of the line Dewalt Power Washers within the past month. I have had issues with them since i bought them. The pumps went out on them today so i went to exchange them at the Manchester Road store. I talked to the assistant store manager ( Craig ) and he would do absolutely nothing for me. I sent over $1500 on these 2 defective Dewalt power washers and they would not even exchange them out. They customer service was horrible. I cant stand the way Home Depot did me. Thank God Menards is a mile down the street.

This by far is the worst Home Depot I have ever been in my life. After numerous attempts they still do not know what customer service is that stems from management all the way to the People working on the floor. Each time I have been at this location I have had to call management to attempt to get service. Personally I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy

Horrible experience with no accountability. We ordered blinds for our new home prior to moving in, and nearly 4 months later the job is still incomplete. There is no accountability from Home Depot, despite many managers being made away of the problems. One broken promise after another and no action. Do not recommend this store.

Wow!!! After going into new Menards store then Home depot, Depot will never again see me. They need to take a lesson from down the street. Menards makes home depot look like a pile a rubbish. No guest service, they have more carts in the aisles then product. Do they even have workers because I didnt see any. Place is a joke.

I made an easy return here. After the return I walked around the store and when I had a question a very lovely woman escorted me to two aisles to help me make a comparison whilst giving me info and advice along the way. My experience at this Home Depot was very positive.

Friendly staff, well lit, and organized. I use to prefer Lowes but home depot has been stepping up their game with knowledgeable staff and well lit open stores. Also the hot dog vendor just outside is a nice addition to grab a quick bite on your way out.

The Manchester Home Depot location is one of the worst. The in-charge in plumbing department is the one with some attitude, always has a rough and rude manner, what will never feel any customer welcoming. I never will go back to this store anymore.

Great selection of merchandise. Had to wait a little while for an associate - but Joe in plumbing took good care of us - worth the wait. He was efficient and knowledgeable on how to fix my problem. Thanks Joe!
