Love this place! Saved my butt many times and great pricing and sales. Staff is always friendly and much more knowledgeable and helpful than the people at Fleet Farm. And, while Hillers is nice and convenient, it is also very overrated and overpriced. Also, returns and warranties are much simpler to deal with here. I only give it 4 stars because, while most of their stuff is just fine and great, some of it is just junk and they still sell it. And also because I enter the free car giveaway every day but never win! :)

Couple items in wrong spot so prices were wrong. Went and showed employees were we picked items from and was told the prices was wrong or item was in wrong location and it wasnt there problem. Had to wait to get a price over ride because employees dont know how to do there job. Couldnt find anyone in the garden center to help us and no one could help us in the millwork area (doors/windows).

If I could live there I would! =) Its one of the top 5 stores I go to. Sometimes I just go there to look around to kill some time. N get ideas for my house. So much stuff to look at n the staff there is always willing to help u out even if they r busy

The guard at the lumber yard gate she was horrible. Needs to find some customer service skills. She should not have that job. The rest of the staff was helpful

Half of there products are junk, the service is not that great. The prices are descent and they have convenient hours
