I have never given a bad review for anything - but I just hung up the phone and felt so compelled to do so!! Although I havent bought from this company - Ive spent the past three months renovating my home and have made several phone calls to Brentwood looking for products, supplies, suggestions, etc. Every single time Ive contacted this company their customer service via the telephone is so horrible - rude - short - I would hang up telling myself that Id NEVER buy from this company. Each time I end up getting referred to them for the possibility of their having what we need - I get the same snobish - snotty attitude from their very unhelpful staff. Thank God I didnt have to buy anything from them. I wonder if they know how many sales theyve lost as a result of whos on the other end of their phone? Just terrible!

Wide variety of cultured stone and landscaping supplies. I can always find what I need at Brentwood Material Company! Also, the owner is so friendly and helpful. They always make sure that you dont overbuy and that you get exactly what you are looking for.
