LaTrisha their store "manager" and the front desk "manager" Suzanne are the worst managers Ive encountered. NOTE: I was not a customer in the below situation, I was only lending a ride(I have a truck which was gifted to me) LaTrisha (half professional and half GHETTO) referred to my friend as "Mr. Nutbag"! For this area this seems to be the "best" they could get! ZERO "interpersonal skills", Home Depo should be ashamed for appointing these girls to "managers"! This is laughable to those of us in the professional world. WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE if you expect to work with service people who understand their employees make mistakes! My friend ordered 12 windows and one of the windows had an the incorrect type of glass and finish! For the lay person not working in the material industry people arent familiar with their lingo! Nonetheless, neither were willing to consider their (multiple previous) mistakes and HEAR our request to take half off the restocking fee (half=$20)...its really about principle not $$ as their is some level of responsibility on the customer, for signing off! Due to Latrishas low level of empathy & decision making authority I will NEVER spend my money at this north county store! Seems to be a common denominator for those who shop here! Stores further out are much more willing to help! To Home Depo staff whom will read and respond with the "standard" message! I hope this is a lesson learned! Youve two customers with bright futures in homes and investing! (FYI Im a degreed interior designer and was merely a spectator w/no vested interest, but this left a bad impression on me!). I hope the negative rating that we both will share was worth the $20 request. I will do my best to spread the word to my professional/none professional friends that this isnt the store to shop at! Go to a different location or try Menards and Lowes! Life should be lessons learned! Best Regards :) Please excuse any typos...trying to hurry as my friend loads the truck! ;)

Still waiting on our floors to arrive for a couple weeks. I had to put everything on hold waiting on them. I called yesterday and a gentalman rudely told me "they were on the truck today" I then asked him if they would arrive today and he said "well yeah I told you it was on the truck!" ... I wish i would have told him that his tone was not appreciated or appropriate. When I arrived there to pick up my order I was told "the delivery person forgot to send the truck out today" ?!? Im done ordering anything from Home Depot during our home renovation and any other renovations we do. Weve been going there for all of our properties. Over it and over them!!

Ghetto store. Ghetto employees. Good luck finding unopened anything in this store much less an employee than can answer a question. Asked for Galvanized screws and the employee brought me to foot long Galvanized bolts. Clueless mindless playing with their phones or visiting each other non working staff. Go to chesterfield or St Charles for real service and employees that work.

Nice helpful staff. But beware on weekends as its apparently social hour there. Have seen people pay for items & then go back in to talk with people while others are waiting for handicap carts.

Pete in appliances was wonderful. Helped me purchase a dryer and had it to my house within AN HOUR. Had been without a dryer for two weeks - so this was AWESOME. Love this Home Depot!
