This has to be the worst story Ive ever shopped in. Everything is a mess in the store and you cant find anything and the employees cant find anything. I tried to shop for a new pair of shoes that I was willing to buy but could not find one pair that matched the shoe department is a disaster at the Madisonville Kentucky store. I told the girl to let the manager know I would never shop there again and she said they dont have a manager thats the problem. I went next store in the mall at the Shoe Store there and found the same shoes even at a cheaper price Im glad they didnt have their blank together.

This without a doubt is the worst managed store I have been to in my life. You would be lucky to find an employee to complete a purchase. The merchandise is not stocked, its in boxes on the floor. The sale prices are never marked. The employees cant answer questions about coupons. If you find someone to check out,the emloyee almost always has to call a manager to complete a sale...no training. This store is likely headed for closing...they just dont know it. Everyone in Madisonville laughs when you mention trying to buy something at this store. Save yourself a headache....shop elsewhere.

Great store with brand name merchandise. While the prices may seem a bit high, they run a lot of sales and operate using coupons.
