I had a bad experience in Shoes Department that dissapointed me! I was trying a pair of UGGs when the sensor came out suddenly...of course i didnt take it off intentionally, the boots were a little tight on the top, where the sensor was located..It started to make the alarm noise, i was looking for an employee to stop it. In the meantime the lady, Marissa( a Latino lady), responsible for shoes approached and gave me such a ironic and mean face, like i was trying to steal those boots. Of course, I apologized for taking off the sensor, but she took them away from me without saying anything and just left! I was intending to buy those UGGs, the right size, very good princemy and super cute! That was mean, if you just could see her face! Never gonna shop there anymore! I work with customers too, but im always smiling and trying to help customers, not giving them attitude! If you dont like that job Marissa, just quit, but dont make the customer run away from the store! Thank you for your time! Sorry about the review, used to love your store before this incident!

I like Nordstrom Rack for their good prices on several brands that I love. The Northbrook location is best of their AMAZING choice of shoes. I prefer the Loop location for clothing. Be aware that Nordstrom Rack doesnt allow you to return items unless original labels are attached to the clothing item. Theres plenty of parking outside and its right next to Marshalls and Traider Joes.

Love Nordstrom Rack and the Northbrook location is one of my favorites! The north shore folks have great taste, so sometimes the best items go quickly - but if you hunt, you will find! Great selection of shoes, handbags and accessories - plus a robust enough mens section to keep my husband busy while I shop! We both usually leave with goodies!

It is an absolute mess of clearance items, but with a little patience and creativity, you can find amazing deals that even the Internet cant beat. The lines are usually super long because many people are returning items. They carry a large amount of plus sizes for women but are lacking in the big and tall men department.

This store is almost as good as the one downtown on State Street. Not as big, but still lots of merchandise. Ground level only. An added bonus is this store is in a mall, so there is a free parking lot. Usually only crowded on weekends, I love to shop here before the holidays for myself! #CityExpert @GoogleLocalCHI
