I am not usually a review writer, but I wanted to let others know about my positive experiences at New Balance North Shore in Highland Park. They have a wide selection of running, tennis and athletic shoes for men, women and kids, and their customer service is outstanding. Casey and Juve have been especially helpful, measuring my feet for width and even helping recommend a "foot powder" that worked great (my friends and colleagues thank you!). Highly recommend this shoe store to anyone!

The staff at the New Balance store are very knowledgeable and helpful. Im a senior citizen who was looking for good walking shoes for a vacation in Puerto Rico. They helped me find the perfect pair of comfortable, colorful shoes. Ive been wearing them every day for two weeks and my feet are very happy! Even got compliments from other travelers.

Went in this morning to get replacement laces. Staff not only helped me find a similar style, but laced them for me and didnt charge me for the laces. Very kind and helpful. Thats is why I always come here when I need shoe stuff
