The staff was not very friendly. They didnt greet people as they walked in the door and was not willing to help. I asked if they could call another store near by to check to see if they had the size I needed in a jacket and they told me to call myself. They said either I go online and buy the jacket or call the stores myself because they didnt want to. I found this to be very rude and will not be shopping at this store location again!

Received an outfit as a gift. Went to Northbrook Court today to exchange it for a larger size. I did not ask for a credit or a refund, just an even exchange. They refused to do it because I had no receipt, not even a gift receipt. I have never had a store refuse to exchange the exact same item with the original tags attached. I will never shop there again.

Went there twice and both times the staff was rude and unhelpful and that was the last time I will go to that location If you really need the buy overpriced polyester tights go to where they will treat you like a customer Old Orchard mall in Skokie

Very large selection of womens athletic apparel. Mens section is very limited and appears to not be their target demographic. Store staff seemed standoffish and less than helpful.
