Had a pretty pleasant experience until checking out. Shantelle was extremely rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. She would not let be buy a two piece set that was missing the shirt even if I paid full price. I really loved them but she literally would not let me have them. Between me and my sister we spent over $400. Well my sister was checking out shantelle continued to talk bad about me to another employee....I confronted her that I could hear her...she said "I dont care" and continued to whisper to the employee next to her. I asked the nice lady checking my sister out if a manager was there and found out shantelle was the manager. Completely ridiculous. I will never spend another dollar at a place that supports such horrible management. I was treated so disrespectful and left shaking I was so upset.

Was there yesterday at got there around 9 and at 9:28 we got kicked out by the manager, Terrance!Disrespectful and did not use the correct way to say the store was closing! We just ended up leaving and not buying anything since he kicked me and my family out. Never coming here again. Also not organized at all what a mess! This store gives Ross a bad name. They have lost a customer.

If I could I give them no stars I wouldnt but I had to comment because this store has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced...There is a mess very where like no one works there. They all have attitudes like its our fault they dont want to be there. Never again!!

I went here yesterday and its by far the worst Ross I ever went to. The store is a mess, nothing is organized, the carts are filled with trash and everything is just so sloppy. Do they even clean that store? They also dont have good variety. I didnt like it at all!

The cashiers here are extremely rude, cute stuff, but literally the worst customer service. I always go the other stores around and unless I cant find what Im looking for, then I will come here.

This store is so unorganized & messy. Employees do nothing to have some sort of organization. Stuff is all over the floors. And thats on top of the fact that the store is poorly stocked.
