I have a lot of experience selling clothes online and to resale shops. I usually have better luck online but I stumbled upon this shop on Google. I can say that I think that I found a hidden gem! I was greeted by a nice lady that welcomed me to the store and explained the process for selling clothes. The store has a nice selection of clothes but I had to force myself not to shop. I decided to leave my items and run errands until my clothes/offer was ready. I got a text from the store in about an hour. I was given a generous offer for my items. The manager even gave me a compliment on my clothing. I wil definitely return!! Latrise

I was in the store yesterday just browsing. So many of my friends had told me about the store. I was impressed with the selection of merchandise and prices. They carry your better and higher end brands. I loved the selection of coach purses and purses in general. The staff was very helpful. I definitely did not allow enough time to browse. They have a fitting room, but didnt have time to try things on so just purchased a few pieces of jewelry. Definitely planning on returning and allowing myself several hours. What a great store!

For sure 5 stars , Ive had nothing but wonderful experience everytime I visit clothes mentor. I always visit with my two young boys and the staff adore them. It can be difficult for a mom with two young kids to shop but the staff is so welcoming and friendly. My clothes are valued at a good price and the items they sell are of great quality. I will continue to sell and buy here!

I was totally unaware of the low offering on how they barter ... I had a pair of Steve Madden rose gold heels/sandals I paid over a $100 about a month ago never ever worn before n they offered me $5.30 I was floored n honestly insulted so just know that this isnt what you might think it is Thumbs totally down

Went here to sell some of my clothes. A really heavy set lady with a cast on her leg was super rude to me and made me feel like trash. I almost didnt want to sell any of my clothes there. The only nice person was this little black girl who helped me out. Wont go here again as long as that fat mean lady is there

Drove 40 minutes to sell a few items and was there 2 minutes past 830 and they dont close until 9pm and they turned me away..... stating its company policy that to sell clothes is the time cut off is 830 .... there were no customers in the store just the two workers to busy chatting...... horrible...

Sold and purchased items here. I usually do better selling items on ebay and can avoid the waiting that comes when trying to get a little cash after cleaning out your closest. Great finds if you need to add to your work wardrobe and great selection of handbags.

They have really nice business attire, however I think some of their items are overpriced, for a resale shop. Also the manager there when I went on dec 23, 2011 was quite rude. I know this.iz orland park, but this is still a resale shop. No need to b snooty.

This place made us wait for over two hours to appraise our clothes only to tell us they dont accept certain sizes. We had even called beforehand and asked about the brands/sizes etc. and they told us they would accept them. Total waste of time.

I first visited the store in Joliet I was impress I located a store in Orland park OMG what a mess the place was such a mess there wasnt space to stand to Check out. Items were on the floor all the sizes were mixed up.
