Miserable experience. Disorganized, confused arrogant, pushy & rude sales & checkout staff. Does not use the words "thank you". I was told I was able to get two suits for free as part of their sales promotion if I purchase ones of the same brand, but I was hustled upon receipt and told I have to buy a suit that cost $80 more, they lie and dont honor their posted signage for sales promotion items. They do offer some affordable options and decent selection on some products. But the salesman hovers over you and forces products on you so quickly, with high-pressure sales tactics, & the old white woman and young black woman at the checkout have no idea of what customer service is, they were very ghetto and belligerent.

Most disgusting bathroom Ive ever experienced, toilet was COVERED in diarrhea and there was paper all over the floor and was very dirty overall. We were told all 3 suit alterations would be ready at 7, ONE was finally ready at 8:30 which would be less of a big deal without 2 tired kids in tow. The suits were a good deal and seem to be of good quality although time will tell. The gentleman who helped us find the suits initially was friendly and helpful. I cant wait to pick up the other 2 suits and never have to go back in there again.

I was very disappointed. I found a suit I really wanted,but the jacket and skirt was a different size. I looked for the correct size skirt for 1 hr. Then I asked to speak to a manager. Who told me she was busy ,and there was no one who could help me. I would have bought the suit as it was. But NO ONE WAS WILLING TO HELP ME ! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO K&G.

The staff in the suit section are really helpful and their selection is great. They usually have one sale or the other going on. Their selection isnt really well organized in the womens department, but its not a complete mess either.
