This Old Navy is a mess!!! I went in today and there were clothes all over the floor, thrown behind the cashiers it was a total disaster! I went in looking for a shirt I saw online and the online store locator said old navy at Chicago ridge mall had it. So I make the DRIVE and I go to the store only to find out they do not honor the online price???? Then why is it sending me to the store to get it??? The kids behind the register could not careless about the situation saying " our prices are different, I guess you dont want the shirt" ..wow these cashiers need some customer service training as well as training maintaining their store tidy..... Very disappointed! I will never go to this old navy again! I wish I had took pictures of what a mess this store was....the lack of customer service skills these cashiers had was truly beneath the old navy, gap inc. brand.....

This place is a pig stye! There were clothes all over the floor & unfolded, long lines and clerks that move on slow motion. They should have kept this store separate from the mall, it was better then. Not a pleasurable experience.
