I would give no stars if I could. I paid almost $1500 for a bedroom set that took 6 weeks for me to receive. When it finally arrived, the dresser was broken and now its been 8 weeks and I still havent received the complete set of furniture I ordered. Ordering with this company has been a nightmare and you couldnt pay me me to order from here again. I hope your experience isnt the same as mine. What is even more disappointing is I ordered here because of the reviews. Wish I would have took my money else where.

Fast, quick and painless! Im a repeat customer! Recently discharged from a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and really dont have my credit in order yet. Ms. Misha was very informed about her products and I got such a great deal on the 1st mattress (a full) that I returned to get my daughters queen! I use their no credit check financing and paid off in 90 days! Awesome sauce! Its a small store with a Large heart for the working family! I come here first before the large chain businesses! My husband found this company before we moved to Hampton. We communicated through Facebook before we moved here, they were very accommodating and helpful. 3 days after arriving we came in to purchase the furniture we were interested in. GREAT customer service! If they dont have what you want theyll try to find it for you, delivery and set up fee is flat rated no matter how much you purchase. It was a great experience for us and we will definitely return when we are ready to purchase furniture again.

Misha and Wendell were awesome! Not pushy at all but very knowledgeable about products. If you are debating whether to come here or not STOP!! JUST COME AND STOP PROCRASTINATING!!! We came in looking for a mattress and we found it at a great price and it doesnt come in a box...lol. We will be back if we need anything else in the future. Being truthfully honest, their prices are phenomenal on ALL their furniture too. Great company, great people!

Ok so i happen to ride past this place and seen crazy sales listed on the window and happen to just check it out...well let me start by saying the customer service was awsome from beginning to end!!!...These an Employee by the name of Misha Williams and lets just say she deserves employee of the month...Wonderful Woman!!! Misha Williams was amazing! As soon as we came into the store she greeted us with a huge smile. Unlike other furniture stores that weve been in, she made us feel very comfortable. She didnt follow us through the store to pressure us to buy anything like some places do. We are excited about coming back and getting the rest of our new homes furniture! GREAT PRICES!! The new staff at Mr. DISCOUNT are fabulous. I ordered and payed for living room tables which were unfortunately discontinued. The previous staff gave me "the run around for 5 months and wouldnt return my money(ROB). I returned to the store once ROB was gone and the new staff was able to help me find a replacement item and delivered excellent customer service . I am forever grateful.

Walked in on a whim after shopping at several stores in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the price. I was looking specifically for a grey dresser and they had 4 to choose from in my price range. Misha was the sales associate on duty and she was really helpful. The prices are affordable! The Name discount is accurate! Service was steady and they even stayed with my furniture until I went home to get my larger car (to transport the items home). I saw this store on Facebook, so I decided to visit it. I wasnt looking to purchase so soon, but they have really good deals. I got a living room for 599 and my kids bunkbeds for 399 with the mattresses. Awesome buying experience, Wendell was a great help. Look forward to buying here in the future.
