I ordered a bed for daughter in the Cozi store on Annapolis Road in Maryland, on July 22nd. I informed the manager and staff that it is imperative that I have it delivered and assembled BEFORE August 18th. They said no problem. I was told that Id have the bed in a couple of weeks after purchase. Since the 2nd week passed, I called the store to get a status of the bed during the week of August 1st; and I was told that it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for the delivery and that I would receive the bed the next week. I called during the 4th week, the week of August 7th, and was told that it takes 3 to 4 weeks. No bed. I contacted the manager yesterday, August 14th, expressing my grievances and that I should not have to call almost every week to get a status on what I PAID FOR! I also informed him that we are now in week 5. I am just finding out that the bed will not be delivered until this Friday August 18th, therefore making it inconvenient for me to take off next week to stay home for them to deliver and assemble it. The manager promised me that the bed would arrive to their store sometime this Thursday, August 17th and would be delivered to me either Friday, August 18th or by Saturday August 19th. I wanted to surprise my daughter before she gets home from camp this Friday, with a new bed but it seems that may not happen. I feel lied to and feel that I was given false dates to secure the sale of the bed, despite my requests that it be understood when I needed the bed. The reviews for this company or horrific. I went to the stores FB page and Google reviews. I fear that I may be in a position where they will not refund my money, which was a total of 1252.36. It appears that they are in the business of shamming customers; I included.

Im am so sorry to say that this is the worst store in the world Id rather have gone to a thrift store ,but I promised this store if I dont receive my furniture by 5/5/16 they nodont have to bother about contacting me I will take them to small claims court and get them on lost wages as well for having me take off work for some furniture they knew werent going to deliver. I really hate that any of us have to experience this ,I copied and saved all comments about this store to build a much better case on this fraudulent store. and I dont know who trained the workers but they are like puppets on a string,they seem to be program to say anything the master said to say the best thing they can do collect peoples money and keep everything hush-hush but I got news for them they have barked up the wrong tree this time I will not let them do me this way .So Cozy furniture it wasnt nice doing business with you so something has got to be done....I have filled a claim with BBB also contacted Fox 5 NBC, And ABC news these people need to be exposed. And to the three people who says this place was wonderful and great customer service you probably work for this company to tell a Bald face lie like this ,for everyone who is reading this please take the necessary action so we can stop these people from scamming us ,this is what happens when we do business with people other than ourselves. Thanks to News 4 working for you I got my furniture two days later......

I have the worse experience of my life with this store furniture and its management ---- the most lies i have ever faced with in terms of business---- If you really have want to experience crappy furniture and the worst customer services + lie (after you make the purchase, im telling you they are trying to be very good before you purchase) then please go ahead and experience this place. We bought furniture from store that worth over than $4,000, first the did not deliver it on time, they delivered the furniture in pieces two months after the date they promised they will send my stuff. Of course, they do not send the stuff you purchased. Keep in mind they will try to sell you the crappy stuff they have in the warehouse as they did to me. Instead of the original bed i bought, they send a shity one that would not let you sleep because of the noise it makes. I have had multiple visits to the store and hundreds of calls to fix the bed of replace it, but they are not responding. I just left them my last voice mail (as record) and my lawyer is working on filing a suit against this company. I promise, we will sue this company and its management just to avoid others not face what me and my family have faced with this liers. If anyone else has any issue with this store, please reach out to me, we will compile your complains with ours and take its management to the justices.

I am a Disabled Veteran. Me and my wife went to buy a bed there and my wife told the sales rep. of her bad back. He recommended a bed for her and her back. After sleeping on the bed, my wifes back had gotten worse. She notified the store who had her call the warehouse. The employee told her the mattress had come off the showroom floor. We went to the store and noticed the mattress was gone and the bedding was on the floor. I went to make a complaint to the owner that not only they sold us and not honored our complaint after using the bed for one day, but sold us a mattress that was a display for the public to sample as a new mattress. I had talked to a person who said he was the owner and e showed him the salesperson. He walked over to the salesperson before we got to him, spoke to him in their native language ( I guess African) and the sales person walked to the back of the store. We got a hold the employee in the warehouse and again the"owner" spoke to the employee in their language for two minutes. I asked him to speak English but he walked away. The owner came back, put the phone on loud speaker and the employee spoke in English and denied he made the statement. I notified the owner I will file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau

Went there with my husband and order a living room sets. Salesperson told we needed to make a down payment of $1560 which we did the next day. They said furniture will be delivered within2 to 3 weeks.after 3 weeks I called and they said furniture never been ordered because our deposit should have been $1650, it was short $100. What a joke. We went there and it was crazy, my husband was so upset, he was yelling at everybody and the manager was yelling too. Everybody was just yelling and screaming.at some point the general manager calmed everybody down and told us our furniture will be in next week.here we are calling again and they told us there was a delay and that they dont have no idea when we will received our furniture. And on top of everything the associate hung up the phone on me. Right now we want to initiate a class lawsuit. These people are just crazy, unprofessional, liars and cheaters. Buyers please be aware. Do not waste your time and money. I regret the day I walked into that store. So whoever was penalized by this store, you are welcome to join the class lawsuit. You can email me @ binetad22@hotmail.
