Terrible experience. Wolfs is quite possibly the company with the worst costomer service. We purchased an entire dining room set with an accent piece in November. We were only told after the purchase was complete that our order was going to take 8 to 12 weeks. After waiting several weeks, we were then informed that the wood finish we chose was no longer available. They cancelled our order without even notifying us or asking us to chose another wood finish. After everything was ironed out, we received our table and chairs - 4 out of the 6 were damaged. We have now been waiting for over a month for replacements which have still not arrived. People on the telephone have been rude when trying to address our issues and phone calls are never returned. If you want good quality furniture in a timely manner, save yourself a lot of hassle and go somewhere else.

I purchased a couch from wolf a few years ago and bought the 5 year extended warranty at the time. The salesman told me absolutely everything would be covered if anything were to happen to the couch, 2 years later and the couch is falling apart. The stitching has come out, the back is sagging, and the cushions on the back of the couch have actually started coming apart from the couch. I called wolf today to ask for them to come repair the couch, to which they replied that they are no longer willing to repair the couch as the warranty I bought only covers "accidents" now and they consider this a manufacturer issue. I highly recommend staying away from this company. They have terrible customer service and could care less about my issue.

I placed an order for a sofa table almost 2 months ago. After a month of hearing nothing, I called for a status. I was told that the table was in-transit and was held up due to weather conditions. Its now a month later and I still dont have this table! Meanwhile, Im making credit card payments on this $800 table that I still dont have. I found the same table in Amazon for less money - I should have purchased it online. I just got off the phone with the sales representative, who said the soonest they could deliver the table (which they STILL dont have) would be 2 weeks from today. I will NEVER buy anything from Wolf Furniture again!

Salesman kept overtaking us, assuming our needs instead of actually listening. Then, I called back in for the price on one more item, and the person who answered the phone said I needed to talk to him (my salesperson) again. I gave her the item number, and the fabric, and after putting me on hold to talk to a manager, she gave me a range of what it MIGHT be. They are overpriced compared to the rest of the stores in the area especially on the additional warranty, so i expected better service. The store was very well kept and organized, and they do have a nice selection.

I always shop at the Wolf Furniture in Harrisburg, and I ALWAYS ask for Kirk. He is the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. The staff in general has always been great. I have never had an issue with getting things repaired or replaced should something happen. So far we have purchased 2 living room sets, a dining set, kitchen set, 2 bedroom sets and an office desk, and we will continue to shop there for all of our furniture needs.

Bought a sofa. Paid for delivery. Sofa never showed on delivery date. Never received courtesy call to say they werent going show. Went to Wolfs the following day, it was never shipped out from the warehouse. They said they would call and set up delivery when it arrived. Called today (4 dyas later) to ask what was taking so long. Turns out they have it there, but never were going to call me. Had to reschedule delivery for when it was convenient to them, after getting blown off twice.

I purchased a bed frame from Wolf Furniture. The bed frame cost 400 dollars. It is very poorly constructed. The wood is not solid, it is hollow. The finish on the frame is not well done. There are portions that have a different color from a lack of time spent doing the job. It took four weeks for this bed frame to arrive after I ordered it and the quality is so poor that it should not have cost more than 100 dollars. This furniture store is, by far, the worst store I have shopped at.

We purchased a mattress from wolf. The transaction was smooth. Delivered at specified date and time. The sales rep was very helpful, helped us to choose the appropriate mattress, it was our first visit to Wolf and i was impressed with the way we were explained. we looked for the mattress at other stores as well, but we went back to Wolf furniture to purchase our mattress. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Very poor customer service. Person in the phone not friendly. Night stand they delivered wasnt functioning right. Had it replaced 2 times already. They said they will replace it for the last time! WTH it sounded that it was my fault. Also the bed frame they put together wasnt complete and the delivery guys didnt say anything until the bed frame started making noises. Not going back there anymore.

True professionals selling exceptional quality home furnishings at a fair and honest price. Their buyers have an eye for furniture thats trending while a lot of the stores around here transport you back to the nineties with dated furniture they "think" is all the rage. I take pleasure in buying upcoming styles as opposed buying something thats already outdated furniture thats built to last!

If you get a scratch off advertisement, dont think you are getting such a good deal even if you get the 50% off. We were told the price quoted to us a week before the sale started was the same as the 50% off price. Some sale. And then we got the furniture cheaper at NB Liebman....and it wasnt even on sale there.

Went to look for a dining room table, a couch, and some bar stools. Felt like we were profiled. Plenty of sales people but they really didnt bother to help us find anything. So we looked around a bit and left. Maybe some other store will like our money.

Nice selection of basic furniture. They had many bedroom sets that fall under the country style and 1 modern set that was a silver. Mid range price points. The average bedroom set was 1500.
