Staff is very nice however I would not come here again. If you go for contact lenses, do not let them order your contacts before your trials are done. I had to pay out of pocket for a second opinion and found out my vision did not get better as Visionworks doctor told me but rather slightly worse. Prior to that, I went in a few times for my contacts Rx to be adjusted which was really nice however the third time, the doctor I was scheduled with said to me, well I cant do anything for you since I am not the doctor who examined you before. I asked her to just please give me the Rx from the initial exam but she didnt ...it was supposed to be .5 but she was hurried to get rid of me so she put 1.5. I called after I realized and was told I would need to see a doctor again. For a typo?! I lost money coming here. Only positive thing that just made me "dislike" and not "hate it", is that the front staff is really nice but just be aware this place is like a factory and just wants to sell.

Listen stay away! The worst customer service. Very rude. They try your patience in there . If you are black trust me they will act like you do not exist . The two guys in the front desk were very pleasant. But the rest just ignore you like you are invisible. I went there with my daughter . We were waiting and was actually up next, and the girl knew that. A white family walked in. And she completely acted oblivious as if we werent next or we werent waiting to be seen. Disgusting! Will never go back ! And I told my friends and family as well about the situation they themselves will not be going there.

The worst service and rude staff. They completely ruined my glasses while adjusting them. Glasses had to be replaced. Glasses prescribed are horrible. Dont work for me. Optometrist did not get prescription right. Had to redo glasses with prescription from my ophthalmologist. Slow delivery. Had to wait almost three weeks for glasses. Beware! they just want to $ell. They will push the sale on you regardless of your satisfaction. I do not recommend!

The staff was really welcoming and able to make time for all their customers w/o having to make them wait long :D I usually go here to get my glasaea fixed and there has never been a problem with fixing them or finding/replacing a new pair ^_^ I recommend this place to everyone!

Walked in as I always do. Did see old Management employees. What is making the store better is the new faces. New faces are more friendly and courteous. They were nice to squeeze my son in to the schedule. he walked out with a new pair of glasses...
