I ordered 50 roses in a vase for my niece who was turning 50. When I called to inquire of pricing, I asked to have the flowers delivered "first thing Wednesday morning, 10/12" so she could enjoy them for the day. At 12:30 on 10/12, I called to see if they had been delivered and was told "theyre out on the truck and should be delivered by 4pm". I was not happy to say the least! It was only then that I was told they go to Cottage Grove in the afternoon, not morning. My niece took the day off work but was checking in during the day as I had asked for her work address and was told nothing had been delivered. This morning when she got to work, a day AFTER her birthday, she got the flowers. Not good! I gave them a 2 rating because she did like the roses, otherwise, theyd get a 1 star.

Ordered my flowers for a baby shower a week in advance. When I picked them up, the order was not right. Additionally, they "chopped up" all the ribbon I supplied them with, so there was none left to salvage the mistakes they made. They then asked me to go buy some more for them, so they could fix it. They were also kind enough to charge ME for their mistake. After disagreeing with the way they handled it, they finally said they would go buy more ribbon and refund me for what wasnt right- which should have been the very first thing they offered to me. New owner here and I can tell- my family has used them for years in their small business and for weddings but I will be looking elsewhere now.

Ordered on the website as the store was closed and scheduled the delivery for same day. Order was taken and email said that flowers would be delivered by 2 PM. Turns out as the store is closed on Sundays, flowers will not be delivered even though the website took the order and sent a confirmation email. What a rip off? Nice way to get business by cheating customers, just know that folks will not return once cheated. I thought I was supporting local business, but no wonder online businesses are growing. Be aware folks...total rip off !

I was send an arrangements of fuchsia pink roses from Flowers on the Park by an admirer, the flowers didnt last the week. I called and reported the flowers were very beautiful but didnt last. The staff was very nice, she send me a replacement of the same flowers...I have to say my co-workers cant not stop asking me about the flowers all day long. Its now a week and the flowers continues to blooms and smell wonderful....mums the words I havent told them it was from a date!. Thanks RG from the Blue...

So impressed with this place! I walked in pretty lost at where to even start. I needed a bouquet for my moms birthday. They listened to my ideas and when I needed it by, and then they put something together right away. It was beautiful! My mom is still enjoying the bouquet four days later! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Not only were the flowers gorgeous but the florists were fun, owner Deb knows how to group together all my ideas, and my little two year old got to go home with a little pink flower complimentary for her good behavior!

I have purchased flowers from Deb at Flowers on the Park for several years. The bouquets are always beautiful. Even the ones I have sent (sight unseen by me) are always well-received, and I get a great phone call from the recipient. The blooms hold up well, longer than most compared to other florists Ive used in the past.

Ordered flowers a week ahead of time before Valentines, and the flowers didnt show up until the next day! They said they couldnt read the address! Guess they couldnt read my phone number I gave them either! Then the person on the phone was rude as well!
