i went twice to try to pick up a simple bouquet and both times the flowers they put together were old and sad. both florists acted as if they couldnt see that the flowers and arrangement was sub par. when I was exasperated on the morning of the birthday in question rather than work with me or attempt to fix the issue, shelli asked me, are you a florist? to which I responded, are you? she then acussed me of being rude and told me I was banned for life(ha! tears). I may not be the florist, but I am the customer, and I buy flowers all the time, all over the world, on all budgets, and Hudson flower, IMHO you are a joke. sadly they are pretty much the only game in town, lucky for me county market has really stepped up their game and i got a beautiful an fitting bouquet of FRESH flowers at a fraction of the price. so if your looking for flowers in Hudson, WI you can do better, its just a pity the ladies of hudson flower dont realize it.

Not wedding savvy. Tacky Boutonnieres, many details missed. I’m an easy-going person and I am astonished by the lack of attention to details and SIMPLE requests. Shelli did not listen to what color mix I was aiming for. She wrote down many decisions about ribbon color, how to wrap the stems, etc and did not execute on them. She dismissed my concerns about the color of the roses and in the end they appeared and photographed mush brighter, just as I feared—I would have gone with a different mix of colors. The men’s boutonnieres were nothing short of tacky. They were GIGANTIC roses. What in the world would a 2-rose boutonniere look like if 1 rose is that massive? We had to pull half the petals off of the 4-year old ring bearer’s! The women’s corsages were ok but the colors didn’t match the rest of flowers. The flowers were no doubt VERY fresh but were a big disappointment and not arranged well for a hand-held bouquet!

I found the Hudson Flower Shops customer service to be exceptional on probably the most stressful day of the year for florists. I live 1000 miles away from Mom and almost forgot about mothers day. At the last minute (the morning of), I called the Hudson Flower Shop, apologized for the late notice, and asked if there was any way they could help me out. They asked what sort of thing I was looking for, and I gave them the size and colors Id prefer for the bouquet, and my budget. As you can imagine, they were short of some of the things needed for the standard arrangements, but they made up a bouquet and delivered it a couple of hours later. Mom was thrilled. She told me that the flowers were lovely and that they came in a colorful reusable pitcher that she really liked. Im so happy they were able to get a gift to Mom.

I called the Hudson Flower Shop mid morning and asked them to put together an "earthy arrangement" to be delivered the same day. The arrangement was absolutely perfect and Shelli also added a few chocolates from a local shop which was devoured quickly! Its such a delight to work with a business that goes the extra mile and delivers as promised. Thanks so much, Shelli; you did a GREAT JOB! I will be telling my friends about your excellent service and I will definitely call on you again when the occasion arises.

Theresa and the staff at Hudson Flower Shop gave me the most beautiful bouquets and wedding flowers that totally went above and beyond my expectations! She was absolutely wonderful to work with, patient, understanding, creative, and seemed to read my mind perfectly! I couldnt have asked for a better florist for my wedding. I would recommend Hudson Flower Shop to anyone needing a wedding florist, or flowers for any other reason! Ask for Theresa - she is awesome!

Marcella-Dec. 17th, 2011 Beyond our expectations. Our florist Shelli and all the staff were so amazing to work with. The colors of our bouquets and others flowers were so beautiful and made the wedding perfect. Right up to two days before the wedding were were able to add to our order and also received ideas on what to use for table decorations that were also a hit. I would recommend the Flower Shop and a five star rating for our experience.

My daughter sends me flowers every month from the Hudson Flower shop and they are always beautiful Nov I changed the delivery date and they were delivered early while I was gone. I called and mentioned the mistake and they corrected it the very next day. Great customer service I would recommend anyone to buy flowers from this shop. Shelli and everyone at HFS are amazing! I gave her my colors and complete artistic freedom! What I got was beyond anything that I could have found in a book or a magazine! I loved them!!! They all went above and beyond for me and for that I am forever grateful!!!!

I paid $60 for a bouquet and got a small bouquet of carnations. Not what was in the picture I ordered. I had them delivered to a co-worker and saw them when they arrived. They are overpriced.
