Ants. Keeper

Not impressed with cindi and many aspects from last summer. Despite my frustration with many pieces I still have good memories of my guests and the FOOD from the Deco. Cindi was rude and pushy. I had no option but to use her as my florist. He flowers are very lovely but options are always a way to keep people from over pricing and being flexible with their customers. I felt bulldozed by her. The bathrooms were not kept clean. I had family members cleaning and emptying the trash from them. Not what I should be doing on my wedding day. The field had bar napkins all over and my sister had to clean them numerous times. She asked the bartender to keep an eye of the napkins so they would not blow around but that never happened. Cindi promised me a she would clean the inside and outside of then tent and failed to do so. I suspect she thought I would be too busy to notice. Some old guy was walking around like he was a hired bouncer. From what I could tell the guy was her husband. What an odd ball. Walking around like he belonged at the reception drinking my wine. Several of our guests commented and asked why washe there. I could not figure that out. It spoiled a few special memories. The bartender was rude, , vile & bad-mannered to not only my husband but many of our male guests. Several of our guests assumed their was drinking taking place. Um, this is my reception and you are not a guest and it is my wine you were drinking. With Twist needs to do a better job and find a tender that wants to work rather than being required. This was a damper on my special evening. The caterers were mostly kind. They were good at the beginning of the day. I think as the day wore on they became tired and jaded. Maybe they should split the caterers into shifts. I think it was a long day from them and yes it was hot. The food was great and displayed beautiful. My parents told me after it was a little slow to refill the buffet when it emptied. My guests are still talking about how great the food tasted. Fresh and healthy. On a bad note, one of my guests overheard one of the caterers saying the saw mold on the walls where they prepared the food. It is an old barn were they arranged our food. Um, I’m glad none of us got sick. Hekie the coordinator at Deco was open and calm to work with my different food requests. We also had leftovers for days. The caterers danced one dance with us. They were fun at that time. If you use this place I would suggest you hire a wedding planner to help keep everything clean and the staff on their game. I did not want to monitor Cyndi’s husband nor the bartender or clean the restrooms and field. Torn on how many stars to give. Did I hate. no. Dislike yes, that being said two stars are too many.

I attended a wedding reception this past summer (2013). Upon my arrival I was in awe of the magnificence at the entry. As time passed this wore off. My observations were as follows: The flowers were certainly the most grandeur I have ever seen at a wedding The inside of the tent was dirty. Not sure who was used but maybe order from a different company? Several of the chairs were falling apart. Again, use a different company? Not enough water for us when we got there. Come on they know is is hot out and no shade. The food was not at proper temperature and prepared in a dirty former barn that was near the toilets and the barn smelled awful The servers were satisfactory. I felt remorseful for them as it was hot out and there were not enough of them The bartender was drinking and was smashed and peed in the field near the bar absolutely oblivious people were observing. I did not go back to the bar as hands were not washed. Would I book my reception here? No.

Attended a wedding and reception here. Grounds are beautiful in a funky cool way (not fancy in a highly elegant way). Bathrooms are horrible for able-bodied persons, and would be very difficult for less able-bodied people--not to mention one needs to walk a fair distance to get to them. Some portions of the grounds are difficult to navigate, such as for some elderly people, due to uneven and some hilly terrain. There was not one trash can available on the grounds, not even at the reception which was available in the tent. There appears to be some organizational issues, so be on top of your game on ALL details if you choose to use this venue.

We had Camrose Hill flowers do flowers for our wedding. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful! Lots of complementary variety and textures to their arrangements. They did a great job listening and using our example photos and fabric to create great arrangements for us. The only reason we didnt give five stars was we had some confusion understanding pricing on some items because they gave price ranges. That made it hard for us to nail down this budget number.

I had my reception here...it was incredible! Absolutely the most ornate arrangements not to mention how beautiful the grounds were kept. The staff was extremely kind and easy to work with which is why we left them a generous tip. I highly recommend Camrose Hill to anyone seeking an outdoor wedding venue that captures the true romanticism of a wedding. There was plenty of parking and the bathrooms were clean. As long as you are transparent about what you want you will get it!

If I lived in stillwater I wouldnt go anywhere else!! I just ordered flowers today and told them what I was looking for and they blew me away with their work. First flowers Ive ever bought that I didnt feel like Ive wasted my money. Very very appreciative . Thank you again.

Camrose Hill was a great vendor for wedding flowers. They made the whole process easy from reserving their services, two in-person consultations, wedding day delivery, and payment. The flowers were beautiful and high quality, and we would highly recommend their services.

Camrose is beautiful and the staff is delightful. I recommend them for weddings or private events of any type. I doubt a more beautiful place can be found within a three hour drive of the cities!
