I bought a case of corona beer for $30.xx. I then went to total wine and more. I saw the same 24 case for almost $10 cheaper. I thought I could return the case I bought from cub foobs, but they said the sale was final and no returns UNLESS something is wrong with it. They wouldnt even price match it. Wow. Youre not willing to match your competitors price? You should do that at the very least. I understand final sales but that "attention board/sign" that is by the cashier needs to be in bigger font and by the customer, not by the cashier. Its hiding behind the cashier... How can a customer see the sign? Ridiculous if you ask me. I will never buy from cub foods liquor store again. I called total wine and they said they price match if a competitor ever gives a lower price. I will definitely stick with them as they let you return even if there is nothing wrong with it. You just lost a customer. I will however enjoy this case of corona i bought from cub foods but thatll be the last time I support them.

Customer Service needs some attention. I walked out of the store today and went to the competition, directly across the street. Lady treated as though my little dollars didnt matter. I just moved to this community and this will make my decision easy about where to shop. Not only did HyVee save me a trip to another store by having EVERTHING I needed, unlike Cub, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT! You ask for something and they stop immediately what they are doing and lead you to the product you need. Not the first time I have this type of experience at Cub Food Oakdale.

Went in and bought 3 six packs of beer, 2 were on sale and were a NA Paulaner with lemon and they were the worst I ever tasted. When I purchased I was offered a recite but said I did not need it, and I paid cash. Decided to take one of the six packs back and exchange for a different brand and was told no recite they couldnt do it. Told them to keep it then and watched the guy put it back in cooler. I do not understand that type of customer service, I will be heading for Hy Vee also.

I love your new Cub and shop there all the time. (I also shop there for two elderly friends.) I was distressed today though. While shopping two teenage girls were shopping by zooming around the store in two separate carts that are made for handicapped folks. They were very obviously not handicapped and were very loud, hollering to each other from aisle to aisle. I wanted to make the manager aware of this - apparently this was not the only incident. Thanks!

I would like to echo the sentiments of Kirk Hunt. I went in for lunch only to have somebody look up at me three times without coming up to the counter to ask what I wanted (I even gave yes im here for food head-nod). After multiple people walked by without acknowledging me I left. It would be tough for me to choose Cub over Hyvee. If you prefer the 2004 film Catwoman over the 2004 masterpiece, Sideways then this grocery store is for you.

I go here because its close by. I may change to Cub, if the long lines at Rainbow dont change. I know companies have to watch the budget, but NOT at the expense of losing business. Management appears to be unqualified, ignorant. Its hard to rate when the cashiers and general workers are so good. I wont let the management ride on the backs of the beasts of burden. Sorry, cant rate any higher than this.

Considering the fact my two grizzly cubs have an insatiable appetite I was very disappointed to find out that they dont actually have any food for Bear Cubs at cub foods. At least not living food anyways. Dont they know that bears have a need to make that kill and then eat it? Sheesh. I did enjoy the burritos though.

After shopping at your store twice I had bought two different loafs of bread. Needless to say within one to two days after buying the bread we had to toss almost two whole loafs of bread out because of MOLD. Seriously that was a WASTE of money. People DO NOT buy any of their bread.

The store is beautiful but is greatly lacking in Customer service young people hired in a hurry but no real training. I have been in Customer service most of my life and there is no more of a turn off then not being treated as an important part of your neighborhood store

New to town. Went to Hyvee day one and had pleasant experince. Decided to give Cub across the street a try and experienced poor service and rude cashier. No wonder parking in Hyvee is full and there is plenty of parking at Cub.

I would just like to point out that 4/5 of the previous comments are outdated since the store has since change ownership and personally I am satisfied with the environment that this Cub gives to its customers.

Worst service of any rainbow ever. Never have more than 2 cashiers, even if both lines are ten people long. Management should be fired. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

This is my favorite cub foods. The meat counter selections and sea food selections are larger and good. I really like the layout of the store as well, easy to get through!

Great customer service and clean store. Couldve been 5 star if there could additional enter and exits at the store location. Theres currently only one entrance and exit.

Deli food section had old pizza and hot dogs looked like they have been out all day and chicken strips were very dry and over priced
