Im writing this as the husband of a bride who was devastated by the services provided by Jasmine at Bel Fiore. We had signed a contract in March of 2015, and paid in full before the due date of September 25th, 2015. The day of the wedding, October 17th, 2015, we were blown away by the differences between the contract we signed, and the flowers that were delivered. To start, the flowers were delivered 40 minutes late to both the venue and the reception. Had we been contacted, and told that there was going to be an issue, we could have sent one of our family members to pick them up. Unfortunately, this lack of communication set the tone for the rest of our interactions with Jasmine. The flowers themselves, aside from the altar arrangements, were not what were detailed in the contract. The flowers were wilted, the bouquets the wrong colors, and the corsages and boutonnieres were undersized and made of the wrong flowers, which were requested specifically due to an allergy. The centerpiece for the head table looked like it was repurposed from the top of one of the lanterns, and the pomanders for the flower girls fell apart as they picked them up. It was incredibly embarrassing for us, as we had multiple guests comment on how unfortunate the pictures look with the bouquets in them. One went so far to speculate that we received flowers that were recycled from a wedding the previous day. All of this would have been made right in our eyes if Jasmine had communicated appropriately with us. Had she notified that she would be late, or was unable to locate the flowers we had wanted, we would have been able to adapt our plans, and entered the day knowing that the flowers would have been different. We have reached out to her multiple times since the wedding day, in hopes that she would be able to explain what happened to our flowers, but after responding to our first email, she had not responded to any further communications. Im writing this review in the hopes that other brides dont end up like my wife, who cried when she looked at the pictures of her bouquet. Please, stay away from Bel Fiore and Jasmine.

I worked with Jasmine at Bel Fiore for my wedding. I didn’t want a lot of floral since it goes to waste, so she ordered in bunches of flowers that I wanted and I picked them up the day before. My wedding coordinator helped to cut the flowers and arrange 1-3 stems in a votive for each table. The result was romantic and minimalist, but still beautiful. I also worked with Jasmine for bridal/bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages. I had a good idea of what I wanted, so I provided Jasmine pictures and she helped bring my vision to life. The bouquets were truly beautiful and working with her was very affordable. I didn’t have much contact with her or anyone on her staff on the wedding day or to follow up after, which I thought to be strange. Towards the end of the planning process with them, I started to feel more like a number than a person. They did great floral work, but could have been more personable and had better communication.

FRUSTRATING AND SAD My daughter cried when she saw her wedding flowers and not because she was happy. Deep plum is not the same as lavender and bright pink. Unfortunately the bill was paid in full before the delivery at the wedding. NO COMMUNICATION! I have contacted this business at least 20 times in the month since the wedding and had no response, other than "sorry I havent read your email yet" I know problems occur in business but ignoring them or hoping they will go away is not how business should be handled. flowers arrived late, colors were wrong, bouquets fell apart in front of the church, pomander balls for flower girls fell apart before photos were taken, boutonnieres and corsages were single wilted red roses with small piece of ribbon tied on and a sprig of lavender flower on corsages. Brides bouquet was supposed to be dark purple ranunculus with white accents - it was white with pink roses.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jasmine and the Bel Fiore team!! It was during my initial consultation wih Jasmine that I knew I wanted to cancel all my other consults with florists and stick with Bel Fiore. I walked into the meeting clueless, well not totally.. I did have my Pinterest board and inspirations I knew I wanted my floral to reflect. But she helped me narrow down my details and bring my vision to life. Fast forward to our Big Day and the moment my floral arrived... Simply. Stunning. The arrangements brought tears to my eyes; I was so happy with our decision to go with Bel Fiore. Jasmine knows what she is doing, and she is able to help bring any vision to life. A year and a half later and our guests still rave about our stunning floral!!! I highly recommend Bel Fiore!

Jasmine is a miracle worker! I didnt know much about floral going in to the planning process, but after I explained what I was thinking, she knew exactly what to do without hesitation. I had a large hanging structure, and even when she was pregnant, she made it happen! Her husband helped a lot with all of the hanging, so for both of them and their entire team, I am forever thankful!! I wish I could have watched them put it all together to see the time and effort it took, because once I saw the room reveal, I was speechless! If you want a wedding unlike any you have been to, use Bel Fiore!! She helps you understand more about floral and gives amazing ideas!! If my husband and I could get married every year, we would use her time and time again!

Jasmine at Bel Fiore was recommended to me by my wedding reception decorator (Erin at Weve Got It Covered). I sent Jasmine several photos of what I wanted for my floral centerpieces. Jasmine created beautiful arrangements! They were exactly what I had envisioned! I had given Jasmine a price range for what I wanted to spend on flowers, and she stayed within my budget! She was very easy to work with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend her for wedding floral arrangements!

Jasmine was an absolute blessing to work with for my wedding! From the bouquets to the flower girls head pieces they were flowers to die for! She not only is super nice but amazing at what she does, I know nothing about flowers but I knew what pictures I liked so I brought them into her and she was able to take that and make everything exactly as I imagined! You will not regret working with Jasmine
