Napa auto parts has been on main street for years. My grandfather goes their for all his car needs, so my family and I go there as well. My fiancé whole family goes there as well. Mike is the owner and he is more than efficiently knowledgeable in his products. He has many options of brands and products, and is willing to order parts to the store for you. He has let me return parts that I opened and were not the right size and replaced them. He cares about his customers.

I have purchased parts from other stores and even online and - while Dutch was very helpful and a pleasure to work with - the parts are far more expensive than they should have been. The only reason I shopped here was because my friend is a mechanic and they shared their 40% discount with me. I will not be shipping here again.

They are not very into customer service. Happy when you buy something, but it is the end of the world when you return defected parts. Also Napa Auto is not a chain so where you buy is where you have to return.
