Wow – spread the word, folks – if you need a car, Autorama is the place to come. I just bought a 2009 Honda Civic – absolutely mint condition, less than 30,000 miles, unbelievable price. I’m still pinching myself for reassurance that I actually own this car – but the best part of this whole experience was the staff. You will never do business with nicer, more caring people. Everything about Donna, Ryan, and Louie screams “open, honest, straightforward, trustworthy, and relaxed”. I arrived at the dealership early in the day and caught sight of the Civic out in the lot. I was stunned by its pristine appearance – it looked like a new car. Right away Donna took me for a test drive. The car rode like a magic carpet. After my test drive, Donna showed me all the e-mails (very many) that she had received from people stating their interest in this car. I immediately told her that I would put down a deposit just to hold it for a few hours until I could drive to my bank , notify my insurance company, and then return. She assured me that she would hold it until the end of the day and honor the original (very low) price, even though we both knew that she could get much more for this car. I knew I had to move fast ( no lunch for me that day ) to avoid missing out on this great opportunity, so I scrambled around to do what I had to do and returned to the dealership before 3 PM. While we were waiting for my insurance company to fax over the revised policy, I asked Donna if I could go for another test drive. Things had been moving so fast that day that I wanted to make sure I didn’t overlook anything. Donna said “Of course” and Louie took me out for a second drive. Before we started, Louie leisurely explained a variety of features on the car. During the drive, he encouraged me to take it out on Rte. 135 to “open it up and see how it feels”. I did, and it just confirmed my earlier opinion of the car’s smoooooth ride. When we came back, Donna had received the insurance company fax and completed all the paperwork. I then sat down with Ryan to go over the bill of sale and associated documentation. Ryan clearly and patiently explained every item on the bill and informed me about the registration and insurance. He did not rush, focused solely on me, and pleasantly answered my questions. There were no surprises and no mistakes. I signed the paperwork, received my keys, shook hands with everybody, thanked them all, said my goodbyes, and walked out the door feeling great, eager to drive my new car, and thinking, “This is the way every business transaction should go!” I just want to re-emphasize how refreshing it is to do business with people who are so genuinely nice. It is obvious that they take the Golden Rule seriously, and scrupulously adhere to ethical business practices. A lot of good karma is generated during a transaction at Autorama, and, lord knows, the world sure needs it. I am a high school math teacher and I can easily afford a new vehicle, but it just seems foolish to pay a premium price for a vehicle that depreciates 10% as soon as you drive it off the lot. I understand the wariness some people feel toward a used car purchase based on horror stories that they may have heard about experiences with unethical dealers. That is why it is very important to find a dealer you can trust. Fortunately, I just found one – here at Autorama. If they tell you something, you can believe it. They have quality vehicles at very good prices. Youll get a lot more bang for your buck. I will be telling all my friends and associates at my school about my experience here, and I would never recommend a business unless I had a high degree of confidence that their experience would be similar to mine. Donna, Ryan and Louie – you guys are the best – that’s what I’ll be telling people – best wishes and take care.

Our experience at AutoRAMA was fantastic! The atmosphere was very friendly, caring and professional. My father needed a new car and I had to find him one quickly as he uses his car daily. I found AutoRAMA with the Jeep Grand Cherokee he wanted and the price was just as great. They handled everything very swiftly and without issues. I had a fantastic experience with AutoRAMA! I was so scared that I would be taken advantage of again like with previous dealers Ive dealt with, but Ryan was so amazing! I purchased my 2013 Nissan Altima 3 weeks ago. I traded in a vehicle that was upside down. Ryan worked with me diligently to make sure I got the right financing. Joudy was awesome in helping to coordinate the deal. Most dealers said it couldnt be done but AUTORAMA was able to do it even with my horrible credit score. I lOVE my new car, thanks AUTORAMA!!!!!

Best car buying experience Ive ever had. The staff is kind and courteous. They were not just there to sell me a car. They helped make sure it was the right car for me and my family. They went beyond to make sure everything was great before we drove off. Ive had my car for about a week now, and still they are there for any questions or concerns I may have.

I went there to look for a car and I can tell all they care about is making money . No customer service at all. They didnt even give me my license back , and Ive been calling for the past 4 weeks and they still havent sent it. Terrible service ! This is outrageous the way they are so money minded its been a month and I havent recieved my license

Great Family Atmosphere! Nicest People in the car business period. No games, no lies. They help you with everything you need. Donna and Ryan treated me and my mother like family. If you need a place to look for a car, you will not be disappointed. Will keep in touch with them in the distant future!
