the worst used car dealer around I purchased a Honda Pilot and after filling out the credit application they said that I needed a cosigner. they kept given me the run around for 2 weeks. even thought I was approved!!!!!! when I received a Bill Statement that wells fargo had payed them $26,812 I when to see paul the owner. and he tried to denied it!! Jerry had said that my wife did not qualified for the loan. i contacted wells fargo and after talking to them they gave me the Honda Pilot. even thought they tried giving me a Toyota they did the bait and switch game giving me a much cheaper worthless car a toyota not only did they not give me a good working car. But, the vehicle had 2 bad front tires which they said that they were going to replaced, But, the car has a very bad sound in the front which they never fixed, dirty back seat which they said that they would take care of. Both of the people Jerry, and Nick the shop manager are no longer working there, Paul refuses to take care of the problem, and even have sent me to a collection company to try to get an additional $700 which i dont owe. hes trying to ruin my credit, and my daughter. I trusted on him!! and he deceived me. even thought I had recommended people to him. if you are buying a used car go to a reputable used car business!! i would not rate him not even 1 star. make your self a favor and buy in another dealership. I also paid for registration and plate transfer and has not giving me the registration even thought it has expired

Where do i even start. My girlfriend and I were looking for a car and we were denied by multiple dealerships. After almost getting ripped off by a ridiculous dealership we almost gave up hope until I contacted auto connection and spoke with Rob who made me feel so comfortable and convinced from the beginning. I drove him crazy with questions before i even went in and he answered every one of them with a comforting response. I even explained how hard it is for me and my girlfriend to spend time at a dealership because of our hectic work schedule and he assured me that they can make it work around our schedule. Then when we went i we dealt with Rob and glenn I swear I never met a more perfect duo for selling a car. Glenn got us the best interest rate with the best payments in a really nice car. Glenn broke everything down for us to help us understand how the whole financing thing worked and made us feel at home!! After going through the best buying experience of my life i experienced a few issues with the car. This is where we got a little weary but i brought the car back to the dealership and they are handling every repair and got us in a rental at absolutely no cost at all. The absolute best sales and finance team i have ever came across in my life. Thank you so much Rob and Glenn!! We will be going to you guys as long as we live in New York!!

In all of my years of buying cars this has been the most pleasant experience ever. Thanks to a very good friend who referred me to Glenn I was able to purchase the car of my dreams at a price I could afford, after almost making a fatal mistake of buying a car at Plaza Auto Mall that I didnt want at a price I couldnt afford at a unbelievable interest rate. Between Glen and Ben they helped me to purchase and find the car I needed and now love!!! I am especially loving those heated seats in my new car. This place is awesome..i bought 3 vehicles so far..and all are excellent..the owner paul is a super nice, fair guy..and Glenn the salesman is a gentleman and goes out of his way to help..i am in the ministry and our members have bought many vehicles and all are very happy...i am alos retired n.y.p.d. and many cops i know have bought from here..all happy as well..make sure to give Glenn and paul pba cards...they love cops and appreciate them...God bless auto connection..

Auto connection is shyster of the car sales industry the owner paul will tell you all you wanna hear and yea he will get you a loan but tell you one rate and you will get another he lies like hes getting paid to lie and he does not back up the junk cars he sells nor does he disclose if your car was in an accident as mine was in a major accident hit in the side and all air bags had deployed and car had rail damage buyer beware of this guy paul

I was recommended by a friend and thankfully had a very good experience. Paul, Ben and Jerry were all very helpful and worked with me in getting something I really liked at a price I liked. The only caveat - as you have with all dealers- is when looking at the prices on the website you may need to read the fine print. However, I still would recommend them! Very pleased!

Just purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ. Beautiful truck. Immaculate and detailed well on purchase day. Great price and Paul worked magic on the financing til it was right. I live out on the east end and came all the way to Bellmore to work with these guys. 2nd truck purchased from them. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They made us feel like family.

When calling up for a photo inspection I was told they only offer them to people who bought their cars from them followed by the slamming of the phone in my ear. Not to mention that I was given their name and number by my insurance company. With all the other polite dealers out there, I would spend your time and money elsewhere.
