This store is by far the worst in customer service!!!!!!!!!!! They have no consideration to customer needs, give misleading information to get you trap you into financing and the manger MIKE WILLIAM is not manager material!!!! When I contacted him in order to find a solution to the incorrect information I was told at the time of my purchase he clearly had no interest in helping me kept referring to call corporate which I did and was finally able to speak to a quailified employee got my credit issued!!! But this is going to be the last time I purchase anything from this store even the company because its all about customer service and their motto is treat a customer right well in my situation that wasnt the case!!! If you need furniture do not shop at This location

Worst place to do business with, better off with rent to own. Bought furniture from them and it was all in stock when order placed. On delivery day one item was back ordered, waited three months wit no calls, returned calls or any communication from the store. Friday they show up for a delivery with no notification that the item is in or that we were scheduled for delivery. We contact them for a new delivery date and we get Saturday from 10-2 and guess what? NO SHOW! call the store and then they try and pass the blame on the customer, they finally show up 2 hours later and its broke and scratched...
