Store itself is nice, and prices are good. However, the customer service is NOT. My husband and I visited the store about a week ago as we are getting a new house, and need to purchase several new furniture items. As soon as we walked in we noticed two of the employees lounging on one of the couches near the back reading a book. They failed to even acknowledge our presence or even greet us when we walked in. We then proceeded to wander around the store and look at the various items, and it was at least ten minutes before an employee even acknowledged us or asked us if we needed help. When we replied that we were just browsing, they returned to the couch and their book, and went back to ignoring us. One of the items we are looking for is a couch, and we were unable to try out one of the couches because we didnt want to "disturb" the employee who was choosing to occupy it. Needless to say it left a bad taste in our mouth, and we left the store empty handed and decided to take our business elsewhere.

At first, walking through the doors was a great experience. The sales team was very genuine and helped me out tremendously. I painlessly ordered my furniture and gave my delivery information. From this point forward, the experience was a disaster. The people who delivered the pieces to my home were rude and did not seem to handle my furniture with care. The chest was cracked as well as torn up around the edges. I proceeded to call for a replacement and soon found out that nobody was knowledgeable of any information regarding returns or refunds. Ive yet been able to cancel my order or return my furniture. Overall, a terrible experience and horrible customer service. Currently, Im still on the phone trying to figure it out. Im a business owner my self and I am very understanding of customer service. With that being said, the way Ive been treated in the past twenty-four hours is unacceptable. Mary, from the Leesburg, FL location has been the most help throughout this whole process.

I was all ready set to purchase a sofa and dining room set form this store as per the circular ad, and the online chat I had with a live representative. I downloaded the app and was all ready to spend good money until I was not so much as acknowledged when entering or browsing the store for about 10 minutes. When I was finally noticed my questions were answered very hurried and rushed and I was given an option to pay down on items not even in the store for me to touch feel or see in person. Not look up what store it may be in so I can go look at it more closely, especially since online said it was instock and on the app. I am very disappointed with the service and really was prepared o spend $1500 on furniture I desperately need.

I just dont understand how these celebrities sign their names to low budget furniture companies that treat its customers with such disrespect. RTG does not care about its customers,they only care about how much money they can get from you before you find out that what you just paid a whopping 2 grand for is really just garbage.They make furniture thats not made to last a yr.,Im going to message Cindy and so should you on social media and tell her that the furniture thatrepresents her is crap and how rude the staff/movers are and how they rip folks off with this low budget furniture.Load her inbox with how you are so disappointed that she would lend her name to such trash!

In store service is awesome. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Sooooo rude. I will never do business with these people again. I wish I could return my partial order that I received. The delivery people brought our entertainment center with 2 left sides. Now we have to wait 3 more days with no scheduled delivery time again to have the pieces put together so our kids can be safe in the house again. There will be a major lawsuit if anything bad happens to my children before Rooms To Go gets this fixed.

Put furniture on a "lay-away" plan (9/30/15) as we have just moved to the area and we are building a house and didnt need it delivered for a few months. Tonight (11/11/15) went in to pay off in full and set delivery date to find 1/3 of my items would not be delivered till the end of January?!? Needless to say with the holidays coming and no furniture we cancelled our entire order and left disgusted. :( Very poor on our salesmans behalf

Could not have been more pleased.Linda Ball assisted me in making my selections for a new Bedroom set. Everything was in stock. Very good quality and very cost effective. Everything was delivered 3 days later exactly when promised. The technicians unloaded and assembled all the furniture in short order.All was in excellent shape and exactly as I wanted. Great service !!

We have shopped this store a couple of times while working on furnishings for our new home here in Leesburg. The staff has been friendly and very attentive. It is not a full sized showroom, but they have access to their entire collection via online catalog.
