So Ive gone to this store a few times thinking that they could redeem themselves from the previous visit. Thus far they havent. Im always greeted in a way that sounds like Im bothering or bugging the person working. Almost as if its their job or something right? Ive worked in the cell phone industry for roughly 3 years, I know how it goes, I understand we have bad days. Dont bring it to the workplace. I dont want to bring my business to you, for you to make your commission, if youre going to treat me like a chore. Youre paid to do your job, so do it. I understand how things work, but offering "New customers" Priority because you need to get your "new line" quota for the month Isnt okay. This was the fourth and final time Ill bring my questions and concerns to an authorized retailer. If I wanted to feel unwanted Id just go to my ex-wifes family reunion. This store always has a depressing gloom in the air, and half the time the associates look like theyve just come off of a three day drinking binge, not to mention they dont really know or seem informed of policies or new offers. I understand people choose sprint for their sub-par service and cheap plans, so I shouldnt expect welcoming attitudes. Even with simple questions about my bill Im met with eye rolling and "Well, If you want to see that, then Id have to log ALL the way into your account." Yeah buddy, isnt that your job? Im an honest person, who used to work for a separate authorized Sprint retailer.I NEVER treated my customers as if they were a chore. Every person who stepped into my store would be treated with same amount of respect whether theyre were new, or existing. Whys it so hard to get good customer service these days? I am always willing to give a place a second chance, I did give the Woodstock location four. So to end it off, If you want to take your business to a place where youre treated like a chore, or where the associates seem to bring personal sadness and depression to their job, then this is the place for you! Do yourself a favor and just go to the crystal lake location. Where youll be met with the same sadness and depression of the associates eyes, but at least they know what theyre doing.

What i like about this place is Ingrid! If it werent for her i would have left sprint already. Since being with sprint (16 months now) i have noticed the service (such as reception, towers down, and a couple other various problems here and there) declining more and more. Since the beginning though, Ingrid has been there to help every time i needed it. I rarely go into the store due to lack of time and patience, but when i have she has been very thorough and helped with everything from setting up plans, updates, finding ways to help me save money on my bill, all the way down to even helping me find a keyboard that fits to my liking. And just recently, since asurion would not cover multiple problems with my claim, Ingrid and her store manager were very kind and were able to work around asurion, by fixing my broken phone situation, making me a very satisfied customer :) I dont have much to say for sprint itself as a service, and i think the customer service representatives (the 800 number) are not too bright and make mistakes way too often, but if you take the time to visit the store you will have a nuch better experience. I know someone who drives from cary just to come to this woodstock location because of them being so efficient and pleasing. After i get my replacement phone and change a few things on my bill i am hoping for a better experience. Will keep everyone posted :)

Just left the Sprint store after almost 2 hours, after my moms phone had crashed. (This was actually my moms second trip there today, so her visits were longer) While most people would be going crazy after almost 2 hours, I have to say that we had a great time!!! Ingrid, and Rhonda gave EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! They were phenomenal, and we are very delighted with them, as well as the outcome of the visit. Way to go, Sprint!!! Hiring awesome people (the other workers were just as great), with knowledge to get the job done, and great personalities!!! This is why youve had my business for over 13 years!! Thank you!!!

Alan and Ingrid were very patient and competent while dealing with complicated billing issues. My bill isnt completely straightened out yet, but I am confident that they will keep at it until the issues are resolved. Cole has also been very helpful and knowledgeable while trying to resolve these issues the past few months. Even though I am very frustrated with the billing issues, I have been very pleased with the customer service at the Woodstock store. All the employees have been friendly, helpful and attentive each time I have visited the store. They have also responded quickly when I have called with questions.

This is by far the best experience I have had with a cell phone company! Alan and the Woodstock crew were amazing when I came in to upgrade my Apple phone. The best part of the experience was, I had my son with who is autistic with me. He has a very short attention span and anyone who knows upgrading cell phones knows, its not a fast process. Everyone helped with keeping him happy, even letting him play with the iPads! He was happy, mama was happy and I got an amazing phone with a great discount due to Alan finding my company discount. I would recommend this store and crew to anyone looking for a new phone!

Not a Sprint location that is worth going into. Everything they do here you can get done online or by calling Sprint customer service. They require you to hand over your license so they can take a picture of it every time you enter. If you have a question or encounter a problem with your bill or service, they will simply call customer service, which you could have done from home. You will usually find friends of the employeed just sitting around talking and it seems to be more of a hangout than a professional business.

Fantastic customer service! I had an idea of what I wanted for a new phone and Rhonda I., my new favorite Sprint Store Representative, was amazing! I have had great service with the Woodstock Sprint store on previous visits and phone upgrades, but Rhonda knows her stuff! She is extremely knowledgeable about the phones, promotions, plans and the apps. With Rhondas help I was able to get and do exactly what I needed to with my new phone. Thank you for a job well done!!!!

John helped switch me from ATT to Sprint, best decision of my life. He was so nice and reserved two phones for us and called us exactly when they arrived and made us feel welcome. I have greater signal at home and work, clearer voice, and he saved me $50 a month. I actually cant believe I dealt with what I dealt with for all those years. There better not be a single person who sticks with a carrier who has poor signal.

My experience in the Woodstock Sprint store was absolutely amazing!!!!! Ingrid & Rhonda went above and beyond the normal customer service steps ...... Not only did they insure that I was totally happy with their service, but I got a brand new phone and they saved me a bunch of money in the process ! I would highly recommend their store for any of your phone needs.
