I dont think this location deserves even one star; there was no 1/2 star option. This is the closest store to my residence, so naturally it is the most convenient when the app is having issues (like it was that day, leading to my visit). I actually drive, an hour total, to the Ottawa location instead. Since when exactly was it okay to CHARGE EXTRA because I pulled money out of my bank to pay my bill? Ottawa, and numerous other locations, DO NOT put on this ridiculous extra. In addition to charging extra FOR NO REASON AT ALL, I was having a problem paying my internet bill. I have both services through this company, only they are not billed together as I only recently got the internet. I didnt know my account number (I signed up for e-billing and stood there for 20 minutes trying to find the bill in my huge inbox

I strongly do NOT recommend this at&t store. The store manager, Jose, will promise you anything to make a sale! He sold us a $750 phone and then refused to exchange it 3 weeks later when the phone stopped working. Never once did he apologize for selling me a defective phone or attempt to make the situation right. Jose (the store manager) told me my only option was to call the warranty department and exchange it for a refurbished phone. He stated that is their store policy, however customer service stated to me that each at&t store has their own guidelines and that most stores will exchange a defective phone especially after only 3 weeks! BUYER BEWARE!!!

If I could rate this store zero stars I would. I had the most horrible experience today at this store location, thanks to the representative named Eric Brown. He was EXTREMELY rude, condescending, and unprofessional the whole time I spoke with him. Eric makes this store look bad.
