Staff is very pleasant but very undertrained. Ethical problems, e.g. aggressively selling an 85 year old friend of ours a wireless home phone solution replacing her copper connection in an area with fringe reception and misspelling her Caller ID name as a final gift. Unable to represent anything other than AT&T Wireless although tasked with much more. Cant answer or help with lack of DSL to entire swath of residential neighborhoods next to this retail store.

I was there with my mother and the young man who helped was great. The only problem was that the strong smell of cigarettes. It seemed like the building has been smoked in, which is against city ordinance.
