We had ordered a very nice 2 piece sectional and set up delivery for Lancaster. After sending the wrong pieces we had to go get the sectional ourselves so we could have it same day. Chris was helpful in getting us loaded up and refunding us for delivery and giving us a discount for our troubles. We are very happy with our experience even with the little hiccup in delivery.
