disappointed product quality and services. their design was not bad, same looking as the other premium brands shape, design...recent models,but only looking, that was my problem start,the chair was very uncomfortable, brings me neck/back pains, tried to adjust with neck/back supporters however it didnt work at all. it was made wrong originally but i couldnt know it with 1 min seating in showroom before purchase. And there was nothing this store can do about it. there is no reasonable refund/return policy. the price was not even reasonable, i paid more then $400. if anybody want to buy good chairs, wait for the premium brandss promotion and get the right services. dont waste time and money.
