So my wife and I stopped here to look at their sofa selection. We spent most of the day shopping around comparing style and prices. This was by far the worst place we stopped in all day. When we walked in we noticed current upbeat pop music playing, which was a nice approach and different. Unfortunately the sales associates gave me the impression that they were working at a Hollister instead of a furniture store. We were greeted with a "hi". So we walked the layout of the store which is somewhat small compared to other area stores. Not one time were we ever asked by the two young unprofessional ladies in super tight jeans if we could be helped or what we were looking for. Needless to say their furniture wasnt appealing to us anyhow. I would recommend keeping this place on the bottom of your list. I highly doubt we will ever shop here again.

I had pretty much the same experience as the other reviewer. I went in one morning to look at various furniture pieces, as I have quite of few items that I am looking to purchase. The lady behind the glass window said "hi" as I walked in. I browsed the store and saw a few things that might be appealing to me. However, I was never approached or asked if I could be helped. The worst thing is that I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time. There were three employees on the floor chatting. I walked by them and they didnt even acknowledge my existence. I am not a fan of high-pressure sales, but this is crazy! I dont understand how they even stay in business if this is how they treat all of their potential customers!! Needless to say, I will not be going back and will spend my money elsewhere!

My neighbors told me about this place after they refurnish their basement. I was looking to do the same. They told me the staff was great and eager to help; and they had a variety of furniture to go with any style. I finally got there this past week, and my neighbors were right. The women in showroom made shopping fun. My wife really liked the way they were able to help her choose styles of fabric to match the different wall colors. They mentioned we could bring photos of our room if we needed help arranging the room. My wife was flattered. Well be back for the upstairs.

From milkglassmaven in Mechanicsburg: We had a great experience from the very beginning with the sales staff to the delivery guys - the whole thing was awesome. The furniture is marvelous- my desk is so big and I have tons of space to work. Our lamps add to our bedroom and little by little, we will be re-doing rooms and pieces of furniture. I could not ask for a better shopping experience or group of people to work with. They rock! And to boot, the sales staff do not hound you the minute you walk in- we love that.

I have visited IFR many times and have always been impressed with their professionalism, quality, decor, and prices. I truly appreciated that I was given "breathing room" to look around the store at my leisure without being hounded by a sales person. I was greeted by cheerful employees and offered help if needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visits to IFR and look forward to doing business in the future. I really love that they are "not your average furniture store".

My husband and I had a VERY pleasant experience with IFR. We found the atmosphere in the store to be warm, friendly and comfortable. LOVED our sales representative, she was fun, hip and so easy to work with. We loved the fact that we could customize our couch in any color we wanted at such an affordable price. Our furniture looks great. We couldnt be happier. Will definitely be shopping here again.
