I am a teacher. I needed labels printed for my students. I emailed them the first day and I got there, my file was all messed up because as it turns out, you are supposed to send them a pdf. How would I know that?!?! Meanwhile, in the past I have gotten emails when there are questions, this time I got nothing until I went to pick up my files in the evening before school started and it is then, that I find out that the font and file was messed up. I send the file again in the morning (on the next day,) as a pdf, and I get no emails back, no phone calls- nothing! I call in the evening and they said theyd call me back to see if they had the labels available, I dont get a call back. An hour later I call back I find out they dont have the labels and the manager left. This staples sucks!!!! I plan on using the one by my job from now on. Not a happy customer at all, and they really screwed up my first day of school! They need to get it together!!! Or someone else to manage the copy center, because in the past, I had NO issues - now that it looks like someone else is in charge its really gone down hill. Now Im off to buy labels and ink for my printer because they cant do their job!

I had an issue with a business card design I ordered online. I ordered the business cards for same day printing. I kept calling all day to see if they were ready and no one answered the phone. Finally someone called me the day after to tell me there was an issue with the border on the design. I asked them if I could just send them the new design via email but the girl on the phone told me I had to reupload the entire design and repurchase and she would refund me right away. I re uploaded and reordered I was never refunded. My coworker went to pick up the business cards and when she asked for the refund they told her no because she wasnt the person who paid. I called the day after and the woman told me she had no idea what I was talking about. Finally she told me Id be refunded within a day. Its been a month and I havent been refunded. I called several times and spoke to the manager who told me Id be refunded. I finally decided to file a claim with my bank to alert them of this issue. Thankfully my bank recognized the double charge and filed a claim against staples of commack. After years of shopping at this location I will never step foot in there again.

This is the worst staples that I have ever been to. Not only was the sales associate that helped me rude, but they couldnt even do their job correctly. I ordered business cards online to be printed the same day. When I went to pick them up well past the time that I was instructed to come, they informed me they werent ready. I thought it was understandable that they werent ready but the way that the woman spoke to me was quite rude. I returned over an hour later and picked them up. When I looked through the box of 100, more than half of them were cut as if a visually impaired 4 year old attempted to cut them with a jagged, rusty scalpel. They are horrific. Each one is differently cut with the lettering in a different part of the card. Now Ive been on hold for the fourth consecutive time trying to reach someone in the store to tell them how upset I am about this. I highly recommend you bring your business elsewhere. Absolutely horrific customer service and completely sub-par work.

terrible. dropped off some party table signs to be printed, some name cards laminated - out of 4 files, they forgot one. I had to drive back, wait til the next day to pick up. The file they forgot had 5 pictures in it they only printed 4. The laminated page they did for me was so poorly done, their customer service was useless. In the end I made multiple trip for one purpose and still ended up short of my need and didnt have time to drive back yet AGAIN. Also, I emailed them directions specifically stating what I needed so there was no confusion. One was to be printed on a 4x6 paper. No one said anything to me, I get there its on 8x11 and Im told I have to cut it out - they dont carry 4x6 paper. Not to mention it cost a fortune and for nothing worth it. They are not a reliable printing or copying center. GO elsewhere.
