I went to this P.C. Richards yesterday looking for an Ipad mini for a birthday gift. I had noticed that Target & Walmart were selling them for $199 but being in a rush for work P.C. Richards was on the way. I stopped in and asked if they price match. The sales associate said yes they will match it. Just as I was ready to pay and leave the manager said no they will not price match because some of the target and walmart stores were sold out of them. I said SO what does that have to do with anything? Then he went on to say that an IPad mini is a limited quantity item. I said you are kidding right? I can get an IPad mini all day everyday...How is it limited quantity? Target is offering rain checks... How is that LIMITED??? DO NOT say you are the lowest price or low price guarantee if you are not going to honer your words. I ended up driving out of my way to walmart to get it. Thanks for wasting my time P.C. Richards.

Worse service than a brick cellphone from the 1990s. I went to return headphones three days later I had gotten my brother as a welcome home gift from the hospital. They were in mint condition with receipt, only the wrapper was off. They would not let me return the headphones for my money back because it would have been "A loss for the company." When I questioned the managers reasoning he raised his voice to me because the said headphones could not be re-sold. When I went to the PC in the Stonybrook/Lake Grove area and they took them back in a heartbeat; No problems at all. If this P.C. Richard gave me problems returning my New 150$ headphones. Id hate to see what would happen if you tried to return your New 2000$ T.V. Your real "loss for the company" is your attitude towards customers, Id rather spend the extra 10 minutes trekking it to Best Buy, than to have to deal with this staff ever again.

I came into the store to buy a refrigerator and was immediately approached by Shak, who took great interest in my needs. He took the time to answer all my questions, address my concerns, and helped me find the perfect fridge for my new home. Shak also made sure all the criteria I was looking for were met. Not only did he ensure that I received the best customer service, he also expedited the delivery process and had it installed within the same day - he is apt at making the customers wants and needs his greatest interest, adding a personal touch to every purchase. I would highly recommend shopping at this store if you are looking for a worker who can cater to your needs, and definitely ask for Shak - he will know what youre looking for even before you finish describing it!

I bought an LG washer and dryer from this store and the only reason I did not give a five star rating was because I paid for a survey to make sure the machines I bought would fit., and the day of delivery , it didnt fit. However, the managers of the store went out of their way to rectify the situation. One of the managers came to my house to do the measurements a second time (at no cost to me) to make sure the machines I ended up buying would fit. Although it took longer than I would have liked, I am overall pleased with my experience and I would definitely go back. They will price match on the same product and I love that they hauled my old washer/dryer away.

PC Richard is great! I purchased a Frigidaire air conditioner last year and when I installed it again this year, it had a terrible odor and small bugs flying in through it. Frigidaire said it wasnt covered under the warranty. I spoke with the manager, John Cirrone and explained how the air conditioner was being used in my babys room and he exchanged it for me as a courtesy. PC Richard did not have to do this for me. The air conditioner is almost a year old, but they stood behind the product they sold me. I am very pleased with PC Richard and will certainly purchase my next big electronic item from them. Especially after the way John treated me.

We have been a customer of PC Richards for over 20 years. We recently were shopping for an LED flat screen TV. We chose PC Richard and Sons, not only for their outstanding reputation of serving the greater NYC metro area, but also because they are not open on Thanksgiving Day. Its good to know that there are companies out there that value their employees and their employees families, enough to prioritize their well being over the pursuit of corporate profits. It has and will continue to serve them well. Im sure its one of the main reasons that they have been so successful for over 100 years, while many of their competetors have come and gone.

Friendly knowledgable service from Frank. Arranged financing and assured me that they will be available if there are any questions about the T V or any possible problem. The men who delivered the T V set were very professional in appearance and ability to set every thing up. It turned out that the set delivered had a cracked screen. The delivery men made numerous calls to see if another set was available and managed to find the same model at another P C R location. Within a reasonable time had my new set up and running. Frank D. I visited the Hauppauge P C Richard on Sunday, December 21, 2014. At this time of the year, shopping can be frustrating, although I did NOT have that experience today. I was looking for a particular product that I was told was out of stock. I was assisted by a salesperson by the name of Shakiv, who was helpful, kind, professional, and courteous and who promptly completed my order for this item I will always remember to shop at your store due to this pleasant experience!!! absolutly perfect .... from the buying process to the very fast delivery to the guys who installed and delivered.. the manager at P.C. Richards was helpful informative and worked hard to get us the best price..sold us what we needed and nothing more..the two delivery and installers guys were great ... hooked up everything gave us some tips and cleaned up afterwards....all in all they look great and so far work great.. thank you so much John Cerrone and staff.

I found the manager Peter to be very professional and knowledgable, patiently answering my questions and offering helpful advice as I shopped for a new washer. There was no pressured sales push which I greatly appreciated. Once we made up our mind on a Whirlpool, Peter completely the transaction and our new washer arrived the next day! By far the best customer service at an appliance store with the greatest selection and even if they don’t have what you are looking for they can most definitely order it for you! If you are going to the Hauppauge store, the best salesman/manager to deal with is Frank B! We were renovating our kitchen and constantly changing our delivery dates and they were so accommodating and always on time!
