Walking into this store is very depressing. Sometimes there is music playing and sometimes you hear dead silence. The store needs a major refresh/update as it looks like it hasnt been updated since the late 80s. The K-Mart Shop Your Way rewards program is a sham. Ive never seen so many exclusions and fine print. Every time Ive gone here to use their points there is a reason I cant apply the points or a reason why a coupon wont work. I bought items that met the threshold for a coupon but let supplies were excluded (lines and lines of print never mentioned excluding pet supplies). The cashiers have trouble figuring out the rewards program as well! Ive been here on more than one occasion and the store was out of shopping bags! They dont price match competitor line sale prices nor their own online sale prices! How do you not match your own online price in this day and age?

I use to like to shop here. I have bulging discs. To make along story short last time I was there manager told me someone was using the electric cart. I waited a very long time. So I found out their carts were actually out of service. I tried walking thru the store leaning on a shopping cart and was in extreme pain. They found a chair for me to sit on and I left after recovering a bit. I feel they were rude. Manager lied to me. If you are disabled go to Wal-Mart instead. So why 3 stars? I live near by. I went there every other week until my issue with my back. So for those years no problem.

Very good friendly service,when need help they are there.A huge selection from childrens clothes,to shoe department to womens to mens department,to outdoor toy ,to auto ,to gardening and even sports from kids sports,to fishing and camping and hiking and boots for the whole family and there layaway makes it easier and amazing so affordable.THANK YOU K-MART IN WEST BABYLON YOU ALL ARE AMAZING AND DONT JUDGE PEOPLE . Prices good been comming here for 20+ years. My shop your way points work all the time. It may be an older looking store but that does not mean prices are not good. I find it very easy to talk to them and they try to help you. People on this post say they are rude. I find them easy to talk to unlike Walmart or other big box stores.

it waa bad the employees did not know where anything was even when they work in their own department they do not know anything is. I need to improve the workers on knowledge of their area or the store in general cuz you ask any one of them or something else and they gave me the dumb look

Its convenient but after my last experience, I would rather travel. They ran out of bags and were using kitchen garbage bags. When asked why the clerk responded we havent had bags in a month cause we are out of stock. Not her fault, that is POOR MANAGEMENT!

You really cant get a better KMart experience than the Montauk Hwy location. The cashiers are friendly, the information desk/returns area staff are very helpful, and they are always well-stacked, and have everything we need. Highly recommended.
