Everyone who works there moves slow. In the print shop no one knows how to multitask. They just have you standing there like an idiot while they work on their tasks. No "Be with you in a second" or any of that nice customer service stuff. The website says if you place a printed order for a poster before 2pm, it will be ready the same day. I got my order confirmation at 1:41pm and went to pick up my order at 7:30pm and it was NOT ready and I was advised if I came back at 8:30 it would be ready. I opted not to wait. Then I went the next day at 8:10pm. My purple poster was grey. GREY! The assistant manager on duty advised me that it was the printer, not them. What the heck! He offered to waste 10 additional minutes of my time waiting for a reprint that I am sure is going to look just as ugly as the first. Im sitting here waiting. So disappointed and so upset. I am going to make a corporate complaint. I dont have time for this. Im leaving to drive from NY to Virginia tonight to attend this funeral.

I went to Staples to use the copy services and a few of the employees acted like they didnt want to help me. I asked for help cause I needed a copy of my drivers license and the other guy walked away after showing me how to print a receipt but didnt explain it in detail, and it was rude to leave me there and then telling me for privacy reasons he couldnt copy the license for me, I wasnt asking him to copy it for me I simply wanted help in making a copy for myself, then when it copied he looked at it, so he contradicted himself by saying that. Then from all the distraction I left my license in the copier and was upset all night. I normally use their computer tech services but this was absolutely the worst. Then they had a problem printing out my receipt, Im surprised she said sorry about the wait after she walked away from me, she was the one who was helping me in the first place.

I called ahead and asked them if they had a product and they said yes. I drove two miles while Im on the clock at work to find out that they indeed did not have what I was looking for. The woman I spoke to was RUDE as she asked me "What are you talking about? What is that?" And she waved her hand at a random aisle. Then I went to "Customer Service" and they completely ignored me. I had to chase someone down (definitely not the same woman!) and show him a picture of the product I wanted on my phone. He shrugged and pointed to another random aisle. They did not have the size I asked for. Rude, rude, rude! Plus the line was super long. I dont care how busy of a season it is. You should be prepared for anyone, especially a young innocent woman who simply needs to make some books. Dont lie to your customers, dont be rude to me, and dont expect my service ever again!

This Staples has made many memories of how I got what I was looking for. I see all these bad checkmark reviews, why one will have to be there with that individual to know what really went on. From my experience the management at three gentlemen were aces in the hole as far as customer service! The prices are not always spot dirt! But you will definitely get your Staples correct like I did just ask the management and they will steer you right. Dont trust your eyes by going to the employees if you got a bad feeling. Really this store has been pleasant and always got help from the right people!

The worst. I placed a print & copy order with Staples. I received an email letting me know that the order was ready for pickup, however, when I arrived at the store they couldnt find it. They tried to open it and it was "taking too long" so they offered me a refund. This was an important project that I needed printed and they really put me in a bad spot. Its the last time Ill step foot inside this store. When I called the manager and explained what happened he said "what would you like me to do about it?"

Was highly disappointed to walk in on a rainy Friday night and the two young boys at the printing area couldnt make an effort to help me bind my books. My friend had been to Deer Park Staples and they were more than happy to bind and print labels for her. I get third class citizen treatment by pointing to the wrong aisle. Will not go back at all and been here for years, its a mile from my house. Very disappointed in service and the boys lack of knowledge and bushing my business off.

I went to get a short story printed out, and the service was okay. The paper quality is top class. I was shopping around and blank cds for burning music were over priced, and they didnt come in smaller quantities than i had wanted.
