Excellent experience with an employee by the name of Jessa. She has exceptional customer service, knowledge of product ,and listening skills. Jess also made contact with not only myself but other customers waiting for assistance. I appreciate this and I know it makes a difference for a great customer experience. Often times these days the big box stores forget how they became big; which is with a smile and good old fashioned customer service. I visited of the big building supply stores prior to shopping here that same day and walked around for 20 minutes before getting help. I got help because I asked for it , the service there was quite poor. Jess did exactly the opposite. I operate several of my own businesses and I know many people take time out to complain on reviews but not take time to share a good experience . Jessas service made me want to take a few minutes out and share the positive experience she gave me. I really appreciated her acknowledging the other customers waiting because its something i try to instill in my staff. I recommend Jessa to anyone that is going to P.C ... Thank you kindly Jessa , keep up the awesome job!!!

We (my wife and I) really like PC Richards for their outstanding service. This starts with our go to sales representative Tom Starala- West Babylon. It continues with multiple persons weve met/talked to with the delivery process and warranty service. Things began when we needed a washer/dryer in our new condo. Toms recommendation helped us fit a Whirlpool Washer/GE Dryer in a limited space location. Since then, weve returned to get a new stainless steel refrigerator (WP), stove, and microwave (Samsung). And of course, the perfect accent to any condo, a Samsung 4K TV! Writing this long overdue review because we had to use our extended warranty on the washer & dryer recently. Washer service tech (from PC Richards) diagnosed and effected repairs - very satisfied! Dryer tech (PCs extended backed by GE) just needed to replace plastic around door - parts replaced without hesitation! Needless to say, Tom remains our go to sales rep! Thanks PC Richards!

Since purchasing my home 4 years ago, every electronic, television, mattress set and appliance has been purchased at PC Richards. So when I decided to hemorrhage money on a new Weber grill I purchased from PC once again. The salesman Oscar was on point with the options and availability on the models I had interest in. I made the purchase on an E-410 NG model. I decided to pick it up and assemble myself. To my dismay, the frame when I got home and opened the box was badly damaged. I immediately called Oscar, who assured me they would take care of it. Minutes later I received a phone call from the store manager Anthony who apologized for the inconvenience and guaranteed me a quick resolution. The next day I had a delivery of another E-410 fully assembled. Both Oscar and Anthony went above and beyond. I will continue to purchase exclusively from PC Richards, as I have not had a bad experience with them yet.

Fantastic store! Ive been to them all, you name it. Every big name chain in the area looking far and wide for quality product, prices, but most importantly customer satisfaction. When I shop at PC Richards, Im treated like a friend, not a sucker with a loose wallet. Between TVs, small electronics, and even recently a new Sealy mattress, Ive gotten amazing deals and above and beyond service from an array of talented sales professionals (I would consider them professionals??? Haha). Its definitely a different experience but one that harkens back to a day where the customer was always right and treated with a fair amount of respect. Its for these reasons Ill continue to shop at PC Richard above all others. Now if only I could find a way to get points back or something for all the money I spend there! Lol. SHOP HERE!

I recently went to the PC Richards on Route 109 in West Babylon NY to purchase a LG french door refigerator. The salesman was Pat he was extremely personal and helpful to both my wife and myself. After the sale he told us that the store policy was to meet any price from a competitor. He said that if we found a lower price within the 30 days following our purchase that they would refund the difference between what we paid and the competitor price. To our great surprise and delight the salesman Pat called us a day later to tell us that he found a price that was $400 less then what we had paid and PC Richards be would refunding the difference to our credit card. I was very impressed with PC Richards and their salesman Pat, consequently I am very happy to give them a glowing review.

We visited the store in West Babylon NY to purchase appliances for our new kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove) and our new laundry room (washer and drier). Our salesperson was Jessa S and I the experience with her was beyond EXCELLENT from the beginning to the end. For the entire purchase experience, she has been knowledgeable, patient and always with a smile on her face. At no times, we felt rushed to make a sale or pressured which made us very comfortable. On the contrary, she helped us to get the exact appliances we needed (high end Samsung appliances), always compared prices and ensured a smooth delivery. The service was superb. We will surely go back when its time to purchase more items for our new home. Highly recommend Jessa and the West Babylon Store!

Ive been searching around for a new laptop to edit some videos since my current hardware just isnt cutting it. I decided to give PC Richards a shot since I always feel rushed or interupting a staff conversation at some of the similar competitors. After taking a look at their selection Christian came up to ask if I was looking for anything in particular. I told him I was looking for a video editing setup and he took the time to explain what specs I would need to make that happen. 45 minutes later Im walking out with a new laptop! Never once did I feel rushed and had Christians full attention the whole time. Im very pleased with the Asus I picked up and definitely will be back due to the customer service and knowledge I learned from the staff at this location!

This review is for the installation supervisor Chris. I had just purchased my 4th remote start and long story short the installer messed up. Chris called me first thing the next morning after the complaint. I explained the situation to which he apologized profusely. After talking he said he would stop by my job and correct the issue. 1hr later after sitting in the parking lot of my job he got the job done. Chris went above and beyond to rectify the situation and see to it my car worked perfect. I work in customer service, things happen but its how you fix the situation that matters. He never once blamed me ( wasnt my fault anyway) and apologized more then once to me. I would recommend working with chris to anyone look for a part installed.

Great experience at P.C. Richard on Rt 109 in Babylon. Needed 3 room air purifiers. I know nothing about air purifiers. When I walked in to P.C.Richards I was greeted by Cliff. What a terrific, friendly, knowledgeable salesperson. He helped me decide on which purifier would be best for me. He wrote it up and had it arranged so I could pick them up at warehouse rather than wait for them to be delivered as I needed them quickly due to my husbands medical condition. Then I decided to buy a new in wall air conditioner. Price was excellent as they were having family and friends discount. Then Cliff told me I will get $80 in rebates...how could I say no. So if you need any appliances and live on Long Island go see Cliff in Babylon.
